**What do you like best about BOAST?**

It's so convenient and easy to see customers' praise directly on cell phone from wherever I am at. 

**What do you dislike about BOAST?**

I noticed the video recording functionality was an issue on some mobile devices and sometimes took longer to download on certain devices. 

**What problems is BOAST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boast is super easy to use on both the back end and the client-facing side. I like how easy it is to integrate with your website, and how easy it is for clients to easily submit video either through their webcam or by uploading a pre-recorded video. While it's geared towards people who are gathering client testimonials, I have also used it for collecting video content from conference participants and it works perfectly. I use to chat/conference with customers even.
