**What do you like best about Blip?**

I like that Blip is powerful yet structured, allowing me to design conversation flows clearly and manage everything in one place. The structured flow builder is great for mapping out conversations step by step, making it easy to design logic, conditions, and responses without confusion. This reduces errors and makes automation more reliable. I appreciate how everything is organized in one place, which lets me manage different channels and workflows smoothly. Also, the initial setup of Blip was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Blip?**

One thing that could be improved is the learning curve. Some advanced features can feel a bit complex at the beginning, especially when building more detailed flows. The interface could also be a bit more intuitive in certain sections. Sometimes it takes extra clicks to find specific settings.

**What problems is Blip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Blip to build smart chatbots, automating customer conversations and reducing manual message handling. It lets me automate workflows, reducing errors and improving reliability across channels, especially when managing large conversation volumes.

**What do you like best about Blip?**

I like the possibilities that Blip offers, especially the Stilingue which I had access to for a long period. Especially regarding social listening.

**What do you dislike about Blip?**

The SAC section seems confusing to me regarding Stilingue, you could improve the visual and simplify the service structure.

**What problems is Blip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem initially found regarding stiligue concerns the way the service version is presented, which is confusing. I believe the listening version delighted us with its ease, while the customer service version caused me discomfort. It took me much longer to understand the tool in this segment than it did in the listening version.

Blip is a complete tool that came to solve everyone's problem and address all speed issues.

**What do you dislike about Blip?**

It's hard to choose a tool I don't like in Blip, but the interface is quite complex, causing some discomfort.

I had problems with my connection and the Blip chatbots helped me solve the issues.

I think it could be better analytics section

Since we are a relational app, Take Blip help us to achieve this goal and still have scale to grow without having a huge headcount in customer service

**What do you like best about Blip?**

One of the main highlights is the exceptional customer support. Additionally, the relationship and CS team is highly competent and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Another strong point is the community, which is very active and well moderated, providing a space rich in information and relevant solutions. In fact, we often find useful information and innovative solutions in the Take Blip community.

**What do you dislike about Blip?**

When dealing with the builder, the visualization of business rules and exit conditions is difficult, generating a tangled mess of arrows. Creating workflows with integrations that depend on multiple data validations from HTTP requests takes a long time, making projects unfeasible. The platform does not support multi-language and there is no campaign mechanism to initiate contacts in flows or automatic active triggers. Real-time run visualization is not available, and there is no trigger system.

When debugging flows, we do not have access to the HTTP request body result, and there is no visibility of which exit condition was triggered. The log was not designed to distinguish and classify data of the same nature, representing them in the same way.

When dealing with contacts, there is no contact manager by groups or customer segmentation. The mirroring and duplication of router contacts to subbots is a terrible problem, as the contact variables in the router are not always mirrored correctly to the subbot. We do not have access to the execution history of contact relationships.

In data analysis, the segmentation of the data structure for report generation is unfortunate. There are no effective methods for extracting production data, and API endpoints are ineffective for rapid data analysis implementations. There is no recognition of attempts and errors in the relationship journey, without performance indicators or counting for passes at exit conditions in an automatic way. The platform does not have a PowerBI connector.

In NLP, there is no own and free NLP engine. It is not possible to use more than one repository in the same subbot for different purposes without decreasing the confidence of the trained intelligence. There are no open repositories with general content.

The platform does not have automatic media conversion. The layout makes it difficult to manage large projects and modularize flows. Dynamic content, message with buttons, and messenger templates are not processed for viewing on the platform.

**What problems is Blip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blip met our needs for WhatsApp customer service automation as well as human customer service integration with our commercial and financial departments. We used active messages as a means of interacting with our customers and the results were quite satisfactory.
