**What do you like best about Bizneo HR Suite?**

I like being able to manage everything about my team in one place, their vacations, signings, medical certificates, upload the payroll. It is easy to understand and learn to use.

**What do you dislike about Bizneo HR Suite?**

I don't like not being able to create projects and some things that I have limited in my role as a supervisor.

**What problems is Bizneo HR Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of clocking in, vacations, medical appointments, documents in one place. Global organization of the company, collective messages.

It has an intuitive and comfortable system to use.

**What do you dislike about Bizneo HR Suite?**

You must be willing to do it on your own, because if you need help or support of any kind, they disappear. In our case, we have been waiting for more than a month for them to respond to a problem we have with the platform, and the only thing they tell us (when they respond, because it's not something they always do) is that they will let us know, that they have a lot of work and cannot attend to us. However, all this happens with a newly renewed contract... Therefore, the customer support is terrible.

**What problems is Bizneo HR Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage the signings and the management of absences, primarily, as well as the management of employees' time.

HR processess and time tracking adapted to the Spanish region.

The pricing is a bit expensive compare to other HR softwares

It effectively solves time and attendance challenges by providing a seamless, automated tracking system that saves time, and ensures accurate records, allowing us to focus on other HR tasks.
