**What do you like best about Bizeus?**

I love this platform for its organized dashboards and feature. I also love the platform for its simple and User Friendly Interface. The Platform also enable adding of contacts much easily which is really good for adding new member to the team. The platform with its available tools enables teams to communicate efficiently allowing better collaboration and productivity. I also love the reports generation of this platform. The platform also provides assistance through its documentation tab on the left corner. It allows user to know better about this platform. I love capability of this platform to create funnel stages. The pricing is moderate which is worth mentioning. I also love the easy file sharing and search capabilities. The Instant notification also allows individuals in the team to take action in time.

**What do you dislike about Bizeus?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the performance was improved with less errors while working. Though the pricing is moderate the price may really go up and may go beyond budget for very large teams. I also wish that there was more Integration available with this platform.

**What problems is Bizeus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform solves communication issues with teams and helps collaborate better. It Improves productivity and improves functioning within teams.

**What do you like best about Bizeus?**

The home page is neat and clean and i can see all Unified Inbox for business chats, the ease of implementation is another good advantage that i like about this product, also it's customer supports give confidence for new user and help whenever needed, i can easily  integrated my required software with it, most of it's features are easy to use and  i am enjoying to use this software for last one year because it offers high frequency of use with ease.

**What do you dislike about Bizeus?**

They need to littler work on user side flow and navigation in some modules other wise rest is good.

**What problems is Bizeus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems this softwere slove is that it bring all chat in one inbox, it also support assignments & multi agent system, another good thing is that it gives me template & automation which help me to reply faster to my business chats.

**What do you like best about Bizeus?**

The best thing I like about Bizeus is that it has a clean interface and effective workflow automation, and its ease of use. Their centralised dashboard for managing various business processes and it also helps us in reducing manual operational tasks. Also, another best thing is thats its ease of setup compared to the other enterprise automation systems.

**What do you dislike about Bizeus?**

Their advanced customisation process are bit extensive, and their integration with other platforms for full-scale automation  is complex.

**What problems is Bizeus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bizeus helps me to automate repetitive manual processes, and their digitalised workflows across the cross-functional teams are very effective and helpful. On top of it, it helps me to reduce the operational bottlenecks and overall increase in team productivity. Their overall platform is very intuitive and clean, which makes the overall platform very productive.

What truly sets Bizeus apart is how it eliminates the hassle of constantly switching between tabs. If you’ve ever found yourself juggling WhatsApp on your phone while responding to Instagram DMs on your laptop, Bizeus can be a real game-changer.

The main advantages are clear. First, it brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Messenger together on a single screen, making it so much easier to keep track of all your conversations. This means you’re far less likely to miss out on a lead just because you forgot to check one of the apps. Second, there’s peace of mind in knowing that

**What do you dislike about Bizeus?**

While Bizeus excels at bringing order to chaos, it does have its shortcomings. As a relatively new entrant to the market, having been founded around 2024, it still faces some growing pains when compared to established giants like respond.io or Zendesk.

The mobile app also has its drawbacks. While the desktop version is robust, the mobile experience can feel like a stripped-down version. Some users report difficulty managing complex tasks or attaching certain file types on the go, especially when compared to using native WhatsApp or Instagram apps.

Pricing is another consideration.

Finally, Bizeus’s status as a newer platform means it currently offers fewer third-party integrations, such as with niche CRMs or specialized e-commerce tools, than platforms that have been established for years.

I like the clean and intuitive interface of Bizeus. The organization of chats by tags and teams makes the service faster and more collaborative.

I think there could be a smoother integration with some external CRMs.
