It handled our core requirements and I can't think of a single time we ever had any problems. **What do you dislike about BillingOrchard?** Not as extensive or modern as some other platforms. **What problems is BillingOrchard solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I started using billing orchard I didn't have a way to invoice my clients. BillingOrchard provided a suitable bridge until our needs eclipsed their platform. ### 2. With the software I can personalize them and reach out to all of the clients in an easy manner. And when I reach out to customer service they are always on top of their game and willing to help me and listen to any problems I bring up. They listen to me in order to adjust themselves to make themselves a better company **What do you dislike about BillingOrchard?** With so many recurring bills and invoices, I just wish this software was easier to use. I know it’s been around a long time but they haven’t made the software any easier. It would be easier if I didn’t have to have a monthly description, but this can be dealt with. Some sort of time tracking and payment acceptance/declination would be appreciated. **What problems is BillingOrchard solving and how is that benefiting you?** With this software I’m able to keep track of every invoice that is issued and paid. The constant invoicing and billing features make this software so simple and it can be used as a major time savor if used appropriately.
