Having used the system for over a decade, this reviewer finds it reliable and effective for core business needs. It lacks the modern features and extensive capabilities of newer platforms.
View Full ReviewWith billing orchard, I’m able to sort and organize all of my invoices. With the software I can personalize them and reach out to all of the clients in an easy manner. And when I reach out to customer service they are always on top of their game and willing to help me and listen to any problems I bring up. They listen to me in order to adjust themselves to make themselves a better company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With so many recurring bills and invoices, I just wish this software was easier to use. I know it’s been around a long time but they haven’t made the software any easier. It would be easier if I didn’t have to have a monthly description, but this can be dealt with. Some sort of time tracking and payment acceptance/declination would be appreciated.
