With billing orchard, I’m able to sort and organize all of my invoices. With the software I can personalize them and reach out to all of the clients in an easy manner. And when I reach out to customer service they are always on top of their game and willing to help me and listen to any problems I bring up. With so many recurring bills and invoices, I just wish this software was easier to use. I know it’s been around a long time but they haven’t made the software any easier. It would be easier if I didn’t have to have a monthly description, but this can be dealt with. Some sort of time tracking and payment acceptance/declination would be appreciated.
