**What do you like best about BigSteps?**

I am impressed with the intuitive user interface, making navigation seamless for team members and clients. BigSteps serves as a centralized hub, streamlining all tasks and communications, and eliminating the need to search multiple platforms for information or updates. We use it regularly to mark the progress of our projects and track deliverables.

**What do you dislike about BigSteps?**

While there are no significant drawbacks to Bigsteps that immediately comes to my mind. If 'gaps' are ever found their support team is incredibly responsive.

**What problems is BigSteps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Reduces implementation time as we have better collaboration between teams 
- Better visibility on implementation updates and risk 
- A document management solution that has all implementation-related documents in one place
