What do you like best about BigSteps?

I am impressed with the intuitive user interface, making navigation seamless for team members and clients. BigSteps serves as a centralized hub, streamlining all tasks and communications, and eliminating the need to search multiple platforms for information or updates. What do you dislike about BigSteps?
