The platform plays an important role in monitoring vessel positions during emergencies. The BigOceanData team is highly responsive, always providing prompt and positive solutions to our requests. I also appreciate the ease of the initial setup. Fleet monitoring, vessel past trails up to 12 months, user and system zones, the weather section for forecast, and range and bearing features are all important to us. Accurate ship positioning is the most important feature during emergencies, and I am very satisfied with both the platform and the support provided. **What do you dislike about BigOceanData?** Nothing **What problems is BigOceanData solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use BigOceanData for reliable fleet monitoring and vessel tracking. I also like the vessel tracking feature, which helps ensure our reports are as accurate as possible by physically tracking every vessel. Being able to add our own terminals and zones is a plus, and pulling reports easily is important for accuracy. The ability to pull reports quickly is a significant time saver, and the initial setup of BigOceanData was easy. **What do you dislike about BigOceanData?** There aren't many aspects I'm not happy with. **What problems is BigOceanData solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use BigOceanData for vessel tracking and generating reports, which saves my team a lot of time. The basic stuff is there too, but if you are serious about tracking ships, plotting courses or knowing which ships were in a particular port at a particular time then this can all be evaluated. **What do you dislike about BigOceanData?** There is not much to dislike, certainly nothing serious. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out what you want to achieve but once done the system works very well. **What problems is BigOceanData solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is possible to see which ships were ahead of 'your' ship in a line up for a port and when they arrived.
