I appreciate that BigOceanData saves my team a lot of time with reports that are easy to download and customise. I also like the vessel tracking feature, which helps ensure our reports are as accurate as possible by physically tracking every vessel. Being able to add our own terminals and zones is a plus, and pulling reports easily is important for accuracy. The ability to pull reports quickly is a significant time saver, and the initial setup of BigOceanData was easy.

Fleet monitoring, vessel past trails up to 12 months, user and system zones, the weather section for forecast, and range and bearing features are all important to us. Accurate ship positioning is the most important feature during emergencies, and I am very satisfied with both the platform and the support provided.

We like the integration of street view within the map. It's very helpful to scout out new destinations. And the numerous functions are pretty straight forward to use.
