# Which gamification platforms help training managers demonstrate measurable learning outcomes based on user reviews?

I’d want to move beyond completion and engagement metrics and show whether trained behavior changed afterward. For example, in a sales or service environment, I’d compare learning performance with conversion, resolution quality, or another operational KPI over time. The most useful gamification platform would make that connection without requiring L&D to manually combine LMS and business-performance data every reporting cycle.
