They have made it a highlight and met with our group at many events to respond to inquiries and instruct us so we can more readily introduce their work to our clients. ### 2. The first Account Manager we had didn't remember anything from prior meetings. He wasted our time at each meeting and didn't give us any of the deliverables. I complained to the CEO who then assigned us a new account manager who proceeded to meet those deliverables that were due months ago. When I pushed into them on providing value for the amount we were paying they said they would only be doing 20 hours of work per month and billing it at $125/hr. The contract we signed stated that it is a $2500 flat fee and says nothing about a limit on hours or an hourly rate. **What do you like best about Big Leap?** Their sales process, they are really good at selling you- I thought they would be the next best thing since sliced bread during the sales process but they cannot execute. **What do you dislike about Big Leap?** Lack of execution, poor account management and attempts to limit the work they would do even though the contract has no such limits. **What problems is Big Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our SEO was very poor, Big Leap was not able to solve this as they did almost nothing. We ended up hiring someone full-time in house. ### 3. With a few page modifications **What do you like best about Big Leap?** Not much any more. i suppose that their emails to me are polite. **What do you dislike about Big Leap?** Big Leap used to treat me as a person that they actually cared to help. I fear I have become lost in their cogs and gears. I call and get voice mails. Ask for a call back and get an email. They have lost all sense that their customer isn't the website, it's the guy that owns it. I seperated with Big Leap today(via email), and got a "sorry bout that", a "look how much we did for you", a "please fill out our form if your serious', and a "you still owe us for another 30 days" reply. No one cares anymore at this company. **Recommendations to others considering Big Leap:** Find an SEO company that remembers that the web site is not the customer! **What problems is Big Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?** I asked Brooke to remove any comments about airfare reimbursement. She responded that that had been taken care of. A client a month later asked about air fare reimbursement and pointed to a page where it was at. I honored the reimbursement. When I pointed it out to Big Leap, Brooke gave me excuses as to why Big Leap didn't do what she had told me was done. It cost me $600. It was the last straw and why Big Leap is no longer my SEO company. ### 4. We've seen a big increase in traffic and leads since we've started working with them (over 4 years now). **What do you dislike about Big Leap?** I would like them to come with more ideas. We've been with them for a long time and it's easy for both of us to fall into a rut. One area that we've seen success is increasing the quality of our content and Big Leap has been a big factor in that.
