What do you like best about Benepass?

I love this new benefit our company has rolled out with Benepass! Having a digital card right on my phone made it so easy to pay for a flight that was covered under our benefits with Benepass! The transaction was quick, secure and I had zero issues. I look forward to spending my remaining funds on things that'll really benefit ME!

Update: Still enjoying having Benepass. It was been simple to navigate and easy to use whether I use my digital/physical card or upload a receipt for reimbursement after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Benepass?

It's reimbursement of student loan program works good even if payout times are extremely slow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benepass?

It's tuition reimbursement and chat team are liars. They lie to you about what is covered and not covered and it's difficult to find a list of what we can use it for. Tried to get reimbursed for a Coursera subscription and they told me it would be approved and approved and a day later declined it. They are LIARS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
