Benepass Pricing Overview

I love this new benefit our company has rolled out with Benepass! Having a digital card right on my phone made it so easy to pay for a flight that was covered under our benefits with Benepass! The transaction was quick, secure and I had zero issues. I look forward to spending my remaining funds on things that'll really benefit ME!

Benepass makes managing employee benefits simple. We really value how easy it is to offer flexible benefits that employees actually use and the reporting features. The platform is clear and easy to navigate. Their team is always quick to respond and I love the quality of their support team! They’re also proactive about improving the product, regularly rolling out updates that make the experience better for both admins and employees. It’s been a reliable and efficient tool for our team. One challenge we’ve run into is that the spending categories can sometimes be too broad, which makes it difficult to allow certain services or products without approving an entire category. We’ve also occasionally found, through monthly audits, that some purchases were approved outside of the intended eligible categories. It’s not a frequent issue, but it would be ideal if more granular controls were available so audits weren’t necessary.
