What do you like best about Beedeez?

The team is always available and professional. The back office is very easy to access for engineers and the developments are constant. In terms of mobile-focused LMS and having tested several, it is undoubtedly the best. The LMS is efficient and our clients appreciate it. What do you like best about Beedeez?

Their solution is really great, that's for sure, but what I prefer, from my perspective as a training manager, is their responsiveness in case of a request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beedeez?

Precisely the fact that we use Beedeez in a way that is somewhat different from the original use, because we provide content but by subscription. Beedeez does not handle this kind of system. As a result, we have to manage the access, registrations, and subscription expiration dates ourselves. Fortunately, automations are available, but I would have preferred it to be managed entirely by the application's back office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Beedeez solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a local application in France (RoboTraining) that has found such success that the group has decided to deploy it globally (ABB RoboMasters). The official release is in March 2025. As a result, two uses interest us: providing review support in countries where training can be done in person, and a complete training solution in countries where we do not have a training center. Additionally, the learning community aspect is a real advantage for encouraging exchanges and allowing our clients to quickly and effectively find answers to their questions.
