The dash board is the most user friendly i have ever experienced & great customization possibilities with the QR codes. Also the fact that all analytics are very simple to understand & analyze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing....Really nothing, am yet to face any problems. I think the communication channel should have included WhatsApp as a option like URL, email & SMS. 1- I loved the backgrounds you show in your ads. Would love the option to use some of them from a free "library"

The ease and flexibility with which QR codes and Landing pages can be generated and managed! The platform offers many exclusive features and makes your work easy. Even editing the landing pages does not require much skill once a format is ready. Easy customization is the best feature. They offer great customer support as well!

The Dashboard is very simple and super-easy to navigate. I am not very tech-savvy, and the intuitive functionality of the platform makes it a breeze to create, view and edit landing pages and QR Codes. It is also very easy to manage all of the assets that I create. While the ease of use is important, my favorite thing about Beaconstac is the quality of the end products! The QR Codes and Landing Pages are clean and crisp, and without exception, every one of my clients has been elated with the end results... "Wow!" is the most common thing I hear when I present the finished product. Last, but not least, a very nice differentiating feature is the ability to add an image in the center of each QR Code- everybody loves it. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Beaconstac. With other SAAS providers, most people, including myself, complain about customer support, promptness of responses to issues, etc. Beaconstac has the absolute best customer support I have ever experienced, which is why I've been with them for over 3 years... it's pretty incredible. Beaconstac has some of the best support that I've seen in my industry. Plus, they're always making improvements to their program and features. Just last week I submitted a suggestion to improve the beta Restaurant Menu QR code, and they emailed me to let me know my suggestion has been rolled out in the latest upgrade. I think the website could make it easier to make a quick edit to replace a file. I update my dinner menu weekly. Maybe it's because I have only been using the site for a couple of weeks, but it doesn't seem easy/intuitive to delete my old PDF file and upload a new one. We had tried another provider before Beaconstac and they were hacked. I was very cautious with who we selected after them. I did a lot of research and I tried several tools. I wanted to find a provider that used secured urls that could not be hacked, that were a reliable business that would not shut down one day making my QR codes unusable, and one that would allow me to dynamically change the urls attached to the QR codes when needed. I was familiar with Beaconstac because of other product offerings and I liked the ease of use of their platform. It helped to see that they are used by Fortune 500 companies. A very simple platform, with flexibility to customize the QR code and change the attached file as needed -- which is something we all need right now trying to do business during COVID!
