**What do you like best about Bayan Human Resources?**

Bayan System is one of the best Human Resource applications that help run your business efficiently and professionally . With Bayan System, you can Control staff attendance, employee official documents, Employee vacation balance, and the most important thing is the Payroll. All these features help to reduce the paperwork and at the same time reduce time-consuming and control the overall performance effectively. We were using this product for five years, and actually, the support team and technical support are highly professional. One more Bouns for the product that you can link it with the fingerprint for the employee so you can control the movement of the staff quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bayan Human Resources?**

We were using it for years and actually for positive in all aspects. The only weak point is that the setup process must be accurate as any mistake in the circular for approval, for example, will result in errors in outputs, so the highly recommended team must get the training from time to time to avoid mistakes.

**What problems is Bayan Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bayan Facilitate the business and the workflow that reduce paperwork as all employee-related documents store in the system; System flexible with changes in the local authorities instructions and changes in Taxes or labor rights. Besides that, the system link effectively between departments. Overall, with this product system inside the property become more organized and productive.
