This feature means no more bad leads or wasted outreach, as it uses key U.S. business databases relevant to small businesses. This real-time data sourcing and verification not only provides accurate data but also transforms our entire U.S. prospecting workflow, making every part of our sales process more efficient, effective, and scalable for our niche U.S. target market. I also liked how incredibly fast and intuitive the initial setup was for my U.S.-based B2B SaaS/retail tech business. It was fully tailored to our U.S. SMB sales needs, and we were up and running with a production-ready sales intelligence hub, complete with CRM integrations, niche prospect filters, team access, and real-time data verification, all in under 30 minutes. I find the limited Zapier/Make automation for U.S. workflows frustrating. B2Brain’s low-code automation options are basic with only 'new prospect created' triggers and lack U.S.-specific actions.
