**What do you like best about B2Brain?**

I use B2Brain for account intelligence, and I really like how specific and actionable the intelligence is. It tells me why I should care by highlighting important buying signals like when a company hires a new CTO or raises a Series B. The platform doesn't just dump data; it pinpoints moments that matter for sales. I also appreciate the Chrome extension which provides a summary of recent activity while I'm browsing a company's LinkedIn page or website. It saves me from switching tabs constantly, making it very convenient. The account timelines are clean and easy to scan, showing bullet points of recent activities like new hires or expansions, which is efficient for quick research. The prioritization feature that sorts accounts by recent activity is a big help in managing my outreach. I like that B2Brain focuses on account intelligence without trying to handle everything in the sales process, staying in its lane and providing quality signals that lead to real responses.

**What do you dislike about B2Brain?**

The main thing is the contact data. It's just not very good. The accuracy of emails is hit or miss, around 60-70%. That’s not reliable enough, so we end up using a separate tool for enrichment. So for now, I pretty much ignore that feature. Another issue is data freshness for smaller companies. For mid-sized and enterprise accounts, B2Brain is great, but for smaller companies under 50 employees, the data gets thinner. About 30% of my territory is smaller accounts, and for those, B2Brain is less useful, meaning I end up doing manual research anyway.

**What problems is B2Brain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use B2Brain to identify the best times to reach out to prospects, saving me from random outreach and improving response rates. It cuts down research time significantly and helps prioritize accounts based on recent activity, focusing my efforts on active leads.

**What do you like best about B2Brain?**

I really like that B2Brain is purpose-built for B2B sales teams. It doesn't just give data, but turns that data into actionable, revenue-driving work for our reps, which means it cuts busywork while enhancing every conversation. The AI Conversation Summarization and Auto-CRM Entry feature is a standout; it's significantly better than other tools we've tried. Reps actually rave about it instead of dreading another sales tool. Also, the initial setup was surprisingly straightforward and fast, much simpler than other sales intelligence tools we've used.

**What do you dislike about B2Brain?**

Reporting is basic. We can see usage and lead stats, but there are no rep performance dashboards, no clear ROI reporting (like time saved or deals influenced), and no team productivity trends. Leadership can’t visualize the full impact as easily.

B2Brain streamlines prospect research, eliminating hours of manual work and enriching lead data in real-time. I really appreciate B2Brain’s superpower, which is its ability to source and verify data exclusively for U.S. SMBs in real-time. This feature means no more bad leads or wasted outreach, as it uses key U.S. business databases relevant to small businesses. This real-time data sourcing and verification not only provides accurate data but also transforms our entire U.S. prospecting workflow, making every part of our sales process more efficient, effective, and scalable for our niche U.S. target market. I also liked how incredibly fast and intuitive the initial setup was for my U.S.-based B2B SaaS/retail tech business. It was fully tailored to our U.S. SMB sales needs, and we were up and running with a production-ready sales intelligence hub, complete with CRM integrations, niche prospect filters, team access, and real-time data verification, all in under 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about B2Brain?**

I find the limited Zapier/Make automation for U.S. workflows frustrating. B2Brain’s low-code automation options are basic with only 'new prospect created' triggers and lack U.S.-specific actions. We can't build simple no-code workflows that align with our distributed U.S. sales process, like auto-creating a task for a field visit.

What I appreciate most about B2Brain is its ability to deliver real-time, actionable insights that have a direct impact on the quality of outreach. At times, the insights can seem somewhat repetitive or lack the depth needed for highly specific use cases. Additionally, the dashboard UI could benefit from being more streamlined and responsive. Greater flexibility in alert customization would also enhance the overall experience.

B2Brain delivers targeted account insights that have greatly reduced the amount of time I spend on research. Previously, I needed to manually look up company updates, news, hiring trends, and intent triggers, but now all of this information is conveniently consolidated in one place. We do not spend any time doing manual research as the platform allows us to bulk upload accounts and keeps working in the background providing intels and talking points.

We use B2Brain for:

1. Account Level Research, Prospect Information 
2. Account Prioritisation using the TAM Manager
3. Talking Points to personalize all written communication to prospects

Nothing as such, it is pretty simple, straightforward, and easy to use.

**What problems is B2Brain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We used to spend a lot of time doing manual research trying to find information on accounts and prospects that we could use to personalize our emails, with B2Brain, the whole process is automated. This has also increased our reply rate by almost 10%.

2. The TAM manager has actually helped us identify which accounts to focus on based on triggers and intels. 

3. The talking points help our SDR's in writing emails that help in tying our service offerings and the intels.

Overall, B2Brain has saved us a lot of time that we used to spend doing manual research, it has become sort of a sales intelligence assistant for the team.

**What do you like best about B2Brain?**

Speaking of creating quality  pipelines, B2brain's expertise in this area is a game-changer. They have the right information tool  for converting  potential leads into customers. If  it is efficiently used,  the  TAT for entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure can sustantially come down. 
My experience with B2brain has been really good.  The tool has helped me to implement effective  GTM strategy and improved  SDR/BDR efficiency . The Account Intent analysis is a good value proposition. If you're looking to accelerate  your business based on data based insights , I wholeheartedly recommend partnering with B2brain. They have the tools, expertise, and passion to drive your business forward and help you achieve your goals

**What do you dislike about B2Brain?**

The AI will take some time to provide the quality insights . Hence intially there will be some learning curve in indentifying the right accounts. Once that is done, the expereice will be seamless.

B2Brian saves lot of time in prioritising the leads based on the account intent.. The insights/intel provided by the tool helps  the team to customise the messaging based on the  customer's pain points and hence increase the probability of conversion.

2 of the biggest benefits were the contacts, changes and industry updates. I helped created a very personalized email based on news about the company. I verified the information outside of the platform and it was spot on. I also like the integrations with other software like SFDC crm.

**What do you dislike about B2Brain?**

Not a lot of downside, maybe a filterable view of the data and maybe a email plug-in as opposed to copy and paste. Since I didn't use it for more than a few months but overall really good.

Personlization for email communication and follow up. I also needed to find decision makers, promotions and above the line contacts within an organzation. I like the current industry news about each company.

We used earlier some tools but that much accuracy was not there , but when i was start using this i am getting much more efficient details
Easy to get all corporate details
it will save so much time
