We started using this program this year. At first it looks like alot to learn but with the amazing training they provided, we've been more efficient and quicker, plus we can have all of are required paperwork in one program. From dispatching to our book keeping/accounting needs. If we have any questions or need help they have great tools on the program and great customer service if you need help from someone. We love the fact we can use the program anywhere since it's accessed online not downloaded. When we switched they helped move all our information over to this program so when we started using it, most of our information was already there. We use this program everyday from the office to drivers and have really enjoyed using this program. The company helped us integrate to this program from a different dispatch program, and we took a few weeks to switch over and get it all figured out. Now I wouldn't want to go back to the old program.

The most helpful thing I found about Axon is the Fuel Tax, where I can import and plug numbers in, and the software generates the report for me! I also really like the invoicing as well as it's easy to send out to customers.

Axon is by far the easiest, most intuitive trucking dispatch and accounting software I've used. Their Help team is always quick to return calls and eager to assist; their solutions regularly exceed expectations when we are looking for specialized reports to suit our needs. I use Axon daily for accounting and payroll and our team uses it in conjunction with our ELD program seamlessly to track orders and our fleet movement. Their team makes it easy to install and provides an abundance of manuals and training to help you navigate through. I would recommend Axon software to any trucking company looking for a program to do it all.
