Charts are easy to search through and invoicing is easy. The search bar is easy to use and accurate. I liked being able to search a chart by a keyword and it would essentially search all invoices for that line item. **What do you dislike about Covetrus Avimark?** If the server freezes or shuts down, the entire system goes with it. You are at the mercy of the server. AVImark allows you to search clients by their last name and the pet’s name as well as their phone number and file number. It’s quite helpful for when records are missing key information. The tool also shows whether the file is active or not. **What do you dislike about Covetrus Avimark?** While AVImark is user-friendly for basic functions, it is very slow when it comes to performing an action that is necessary. I often find that the rendering time is longer for an action that is not used as often and the program will crash and close itself completely. **Recommendations to others considering Covetrus Avimark:** Extremely necessary for vet hospital! **What problems is Covetrus Avimark solving and how is that benefiting you?** AVImark has helped our vet hospital by making scheduling more efficiently and organized into different categories. I An currently not using every available option such as whiteboard but I love that i am able to if need be. Scheduling with avimark is a breeze. I love how I can bring up vetsource and care credit from the main screen and still stay on the program while still having access to those as well. **What do you dislike about Covetrus Avimark?** The only problems/annoyances I am currently having with AVImark are the reminders option. It isn’t working the way I wish it did. When putting new clients in the system, it would be easier if I could type in....say a breed of dog that isn’t currently already programmed in the system, without having to go and enter it in. When I do that now and we do not have the breed already programmed in, The field comes out blank. I do not like that only one phone number can be put as the main number on print outs. **Recommendations to others considering Covetrus Avimark:** It makes a receptionists work so much easier. Gives many options which when utilized to its fullest potential can be your greatest asset at a company. **What problems is Covetrus Avimark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems being solved with AVImark are blood work results being able to be included in patient history. Reports are clunky and limited. Trying to go paperless is rough. Tons of bugs. Integration with other devices is a bit of a joke. They won’t push upgrades to us remotely. In fact they don’t even bother to inform us of SW upgrades. Big fail on support’s part. They should be actively getting their sw upgraded. I could spend hours going over feature enhancements that would improve workflow and save staff hours of time. So many bugs with inventory and vaccine reminders. When I ask support about the inventory issues they just say that it is a known issue. When clients make the Appointments, it does not let you block off any time. Sometimes the rapport send txt msgs multiple times and clients get upset. The medical record window comes with a lot of errors, and does not let you open the window very often even when you triple check that there are not other windows open in other computers. **What problems is Covetrus Avimark solving and how is that benefiting you?** After we have set up rapport, we can send out automatic reminders to the client.
