**What do you like best about Avatar Systems?**

I was impressed of the quality of your avatar and I definitely want to use it however what matters for me is to be able to create a custom avatar to represent me for my business, at the beginning it was a bit confusing but with the help of the customer support I was able to execute her instructions to reach my goal.

**What do you dislike about Avatar Systems?**

As a beginner it was a bit confusing but with the customer support everything was implemented smoothly

**What problems is Avatar Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I will not spend long time preparing for my videos, because  i am not comfortable to record myself, this where the benefit of a custom avatar plays a great role.

The use of widgets helps make finding things a lot easier. 

**What do you dislike about Avatar Systems?**

The fact that you are unable to send information directly from Avatar, i.e., faxing. 

**What problems is Avatar Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes the process easier for getting docs to sign off on notes electrically, as opposed to paper records.
