It's so simple and easy to use like you don't need any specific training or sessions to learn about it. It's as simple as a Mobile App. **What do you dislike about My Quorum?** I think it gets slow while using a lot of features provided by myQuorum at the same time. The UI gets stuck, and it refreshes in around 8-10 seconds. So we need to be careful while using a lot of clicks. **Recommendations to others considering My Quorum:** You should give it a try if you are a stakeholder in the Oil and Energy Sector. **What problems is My Quorum solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team is using it for a project related to the Oil and Energy Sector. It has a very professional reporting feature, and it integrates well with SAP. ### 2. It has a polygon generator (polygen) that can automatically generate polygons with a Jeffersonian legal description. When we turned polygen on, it generated 80 percent of our North Regions polgons automatically. **What do you dislike about My Quorum?** The only piece of the tool that is lacking functionality is the Web Map. The Web Map is limited on how you can control what layers that can be displayed on the screen. It is fully integrated wiht the Land System, but inability accurately control what is displayed on the map causes issues with the non GIS users that attempt to view the maps online. **What problems is My Quorum solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem we are trying to solve is to generate maps of our oil and gas leases, easements, and right of ways. The system has helped us create polygons for over 90 percent of our agreements. This has allowed us to create maps for property divestures, aquisitions, and leasing activities. ### 7. The tabular features of allowed for quick access to my favorite and most utilized task. **What do you dislike about My Quorum?** At times during the original integration of Quorum GIS discussions about task that were very similar with the Current GIS platform were waved away to push other features that could be marketed. **What problems is My Quorum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing users to utilize the vast features of GIS in a simplified manner due to the customization within the program. ### 8.
