The data flows very easily from accounting to making our royalty payments and also joint interest billing (JIBS). Our investors require very specific statements that come out each month and all the information is easy to access and we can pinpoint specific owner payments very easily. **What do you dislike about Petrofly?** Some improvement in the data viewing tables. I'd would like some options to view and close out some column If i dont want to see them althought its very specific, it would benefit myself to have less column on some on the pages. **What problems is Petrofly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Petrofly is helping us transition to more electronic process of managing royalty payments and joint interest billings. The system has saved us days worth of work with a single click. ### 4. Their team's commitment to delivering efficient and streamlined services is like none other. **What do you dislike about Petrofly?** We need to provide different reports for our investors. Initially we had to set it up a certain way and the canned reports needed some adjsutemtns to work specifically for us. Their support was a great help in setting up the system to generate our specific reports. **What problems is Petrofly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to streamilne our royalty payments and jibs. Spreadsheets were getting out of hand. We save hours from sifting through excels with the software. The software automates our manual process and we can easily generate revenue statements and checks. ### 6. I highly recommend them for small oil and gas companies! **What do you dislike about Petrofly?** At first, their software seemed to target only royalties and JIBs, but after a few recommendations and discussions, they customized the software as I requested. **What problems is Petrofly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for software that could do both bookkeeping and preparing royalties and JIBs, especially for the oil and gas industry. I have tried Quickbooks Online and Desktop and another oil & gas accounting software, and they were either not able to prepare royalties or too complicated. ### 7. They got real customer support, and they get me my customized solutions within minutes after I ask for it. These customized solutions are really a great idea, one time I asked if they had recurring payments on the accounting part of the platform. I wanted to keep track of pumpers and overheads, the expenses that we always have every month so my accounting department did would have an easier time with those and within 30 minutes they gave me a whole working module. They did it so fast and it all happened over a Saturday night. They pick up the phone and answer emails on the weekends which is a huge plus for me. **What do you dislike about Petrofly?** Nothing to complain about. These guys are fantastic. **What problems is Petrofly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to take care of all my production reports, getting them separately from my pumpers was not the most efficient way to do it. But with Petrofly, everything is just connected and streamlined together. From production to accounting, they are doing more than I thought I would need on a software. Everyone is saving so much more time, not just me. ### 8. My team and I love being able to do everything we need to do on it. We never have to install new updates because its automatically updated, making it always accessible. The ability to customize our platform and the support we get is simply amazing. **What do you dislike about Petrofly?** Everything is working like a charm. I had a suggestion a couple weeks ago about adding extra dates for one of our reports, and they took care of it within a day. No dislikes, its great that I can give Petrofly direct feedback and they respond to me directly. **What problems is Petrofly solving and how is that benefiting you?** production management, accounting solutions, account receivable and payable, JIBs, royalties and 1099s ### 9. Easy to set up and learn. Month to month, no set up fee for us. Production data management, cost control and owner relations are all linked together to reduce repetitive work. They also made a few customized solutions for us for free. **What do you dislike about Petrofly?** No dislikes so far. They have done everything we asked for since the production demo. Fast and good support. **Recommendations to others considering Petrofly:** If you are looking to manage your production data the right way while cutting down your expenditure, enerfly probably will fit into your operation well. They are also really helpful in terms of solving your pain points by developing new unique solutions for you. If you fit into their month to month pricing scale, there is not too much risk in trying them out. Our company really enjoys this piece of software. **What problems is Petrofly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been hard for us to understand our asset's production and our bottomline. The legacy software we used also had a lot of useless features and bloat. We switched to enerfly to manage our day to day production data and also jibs. On the cost control side of things, Enerfly was able to help us discover a couple of areas in our operation where we were just spending too much compared to the market. After getting a few new servicers in, we were able to have a substantial decrease in our lifting cost.
