**What do you like best about ADD Energy E3?**

I really enjoy working with Energy. The summary screen has the majority of information you need when speaking to a customer to make the experience thorough and pleasant. 

**What do you dislike about ADD Energy E3?**

Is not as innovative as other new programs out there now.

**What problems is ADD Energy E3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is great for customer service. Scheduling work orders and having customer's information available for when customer's call in without having to flip through different screens.
