What do you like best about Autochat?

With Autochat I can create auto chats based on customer interaction such as cart abandonment or product viewed. This allows me to be able to get to the potential buyers at the right time and be able to answer questions which in turn can improve the conversion rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autochat?

I consider that it is insufficient for the purpose of analysis. More granular information regarding performance of agents, customers feedback, along with effectiveness of certain chat triggers toward conversion rates could be interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autochat?

I find autochat to be very advance in its domain, it has messaging system that works on various advance factors like utm, session activity etc and it triggers messages according to that. It has been very seperate from normal chat bots in terms of features. And it has live shoppers insight which has been very useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autochat?

It has helped me to easily integrate different communication channels we have. I did face some issues when I started using it a year ago but the customer support was very helpful. Its's easy to use once you get the hang of it. I have now been using it for 1 year and it has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
