Autochat is a conversational customer engagement solution tailor-made for E-commerce. It helps online stores sell more by proactively engaging and supporting customers throughout their purchase journey and that&#39;s why it&#39;s much more than just a live chat. **What do you like best about Autochat?**

With Autochat I can create auto chats based on customer interaction such as cart abandonment or product viewed. This allows me to be able to get to the potential buyers at the right time and be able to answer questions which in turn can improve the conversion rate.

**What do you dislike about Autochat?**

I consider that it is insufficient for the purpose of analysis. More granular information regarding performance of agents, customers feedback, along with effectiveness of certain chat triggers toward conversion rates could be interesting.

**What problems is Autochat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autochat has been beneficial to my online store because it enhanced the conversation with the clients. The approach keeps prospective buyers from feeling stranded at any one place in the site and give them a chance to seek clarification before they check out.

**What do you like best about Autochat?**

I find autochat to be very advance in its domain, it has messaging system that works on various advance factors like utm, session activity etc and it triggers messages according to that. It has been very seperate from normal chat bots in terms of features. And it has live shoppers insight which has been very useful for us.

**What do you dislike about Autochat?**

In my usage i have faced no major issue while working with this.

Definitely very advance and useful chat support system in our ecommerce website which we run for our clients and for us too. It automatically tailors replys according to data of customer which really helps in improving sales of website.

**What do you like best about Autochat?**

It has helped me to easily integrate different communication channels we have. I did face some issues when I started using it a year ago but the customer support was very helpful. Its's easy to use once you get the hang of it. I have now been using it for 1 year and it has been great.

I would like to see more customizing options about dashboards

The most helpful thing about auto chat if that is user-friendly. If you're not good with auto responses, this is the way to go

The least helpful thing about auto chat. It has a slow start up. It's not always compatible with other programs
