Really was the oposite of the overwhelming amount of detail you deal with in Quickbooks. **What do you dislike about Autobooks?** When my business landed a larger retainer client the payment was held and requested additional information. We supplied contracts and everything as requested. It took them over a week and ended up rejecting the payment. Worst of all they never communicated with me unless I kept calling over and over again. **What problems is Autobooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a quick an easy way to release invoices and track the payments. We also wanted a more streamline way to handle all our recurring payments for retainers and software. ### 2.
