**What do you like best about AutoAudit?**

-customizable and scalable:  allows customization of most data fields and drop-down choices; choice of features to implement or ignore, eliminating added beaurocracy.   
-data-mining and reporting tool, Snap!Report has resulted in significant time savings in our follow-up processes and status reporting.
- file management:  provides a framework to house all working papers and supporting files (.xlsx, .docs. .msg etc); provides version control eliminating the need for multiple versions of a supporting file
-ease of requesting support; prompt response to any support ticket, vendor follow-up and confirmation until resolved.
- use of web-based companion product to collect action plan status comments from clients

**What do you dislike about AutoAudit?**

-closing and audit/project file sets all content to read only (good) but the ability to drag a supporting file from AutoAudit to an email or network location outside the database is lost.  (it can still be accessed, but must be opened and saved to a location outside AA).
- update of automated email content is limited; some fields do not import properly. 
- difficult to understand triggers to get automated emails working consistently

**What problems is AutoAudit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

streamlining of follow-up and departmental reporting processes
structure of issue and action plan documents encourages complete documentation of findings
file organization and version control
