## Attio Reviews
 ### 1. AI Customization and Smart Data Modeling Shine, Needs Stronger Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio allows you to customize the data model. Being able to customize objects and the data model to match our company's needs is a big plus. It's great that these features are integrated with AI in a good manner, making our day-to-day tasks quicker and easier. The AI-powered features really make life a bit easier. Overall, it's nice how the customization aligns everything properly and speeds up the processes we rely on, especially in SEO.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are quite some things which are now on the roadmap. For example, making certain attributes required when they are moved to a certain stage, that'd be nice to have. It would be nice to also have better integrations with other types of services, so you can map not only to one object but also to related objects. Also, importing from HubSpot to Attio was difficult because we didn’t choose a correct data model in every possible case.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for CRM customization, allowing us to map our data model effectively. It’s integrated with AI, making tasks faster and easier. Custom objects align with our needs, unlike HubSpot’s limited model.

 ### 2. Useful CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio helps me keep track of my clients and follow up with them, which assists in doing better sales in general. I'm generally quite happy with Attio, how it works, etcetera. Having an integration with Outlook is quite nice and I find it useful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like that Attio requires the latest version of iOS on my iPhone, which is a limitation for me since I don't have the newest device. Updating to the latest iOS would drain my battery, and the only solution is to buy a new iPhone, which is kind of a bummer. Additionally, the database in Attio does not provide a search bar, which would help me quickly look up clients and improve workflow. Also, I find it less convenient that using Attio with Outlook always opens a new thread instead of continuing in the same discussion with clients. Lastly, Attio lacks a native integration for WhatsApp, which would be very helpful for my client interactions, as other tools like Fog have that feature.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of my clients and follow up on them. It helps me do better sales overall.

 ### 3. Simplicity and Customization at Its Best

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its simplicity and intuitive design, which makes it very easy to use. It's effortless to create attributes and set up workflows, which is really important to me. The platform is highly customizable but remains clear and almost self-explanatory. I also appreciate that it only takes a couple of clicks to achieve what I'm trying to do. The setup was very easy and straightforward, with nothing to complain about. I also enjoy how Attio integrates with tools like Zapier and Claude, which helps me manage my customer data better.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing in particular that I can think about.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage and organize a large volume of customer data, making it more understandable and easier to analyze. It helps me see clearer in my data and set workflows to better manage information.

 ### 4. Seamless Integration and Custom Workflows with Attio, Yet Room for Report Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate the dev tooling in Attio and how it allows us to integrate it into our workflows in an automated way. It's super simple to write and read data with it, and the push and pull functionality is great. I also value the direct integration with various platforms we use for GTM, like Apollo and Clay, making it almost the source of truth for our processes. Additionally, setting up Attio was pretty easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish the reports were a little bit better because the dashboards are kind of simple. This is a little annoying. And there is some, like, integrations, for example, instantly integrates with Attio. And we can't set a select in this integration. I don't know if this is an Attio side problem or an incident problem. But these two things would be good to improve.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio simple to use, allowing easy integration with GTM platforms and making it our main source of truth for customer and lead data.

 ### 5. Promising CRM with Great AI but Needs Better Setup and Integration Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the design of Attio and its AI capability. I think there's a long way for it to go, but having the system already in place is important. Attio allows us to grow and do things quicker, which is great because we are short on time. It helps us do more with the time that we've got.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Attio chat is not quite up to par. I'm not sure how the credits are used; they're quite ambiguous on how many credits get used for the chat. I also would like the chat to be more capable, almost like the Zapier chat, which can do things for you. I'd like it to be solving problems and also able to find things like duplicates in the CRM. The initial setup took a lot of time, and while I've been able to get my head around it reasonably easily, it's been a learning curve. It still has a few teething problems.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves relationship management and note-taking issues. It sends tasks to us, instead of us chasing them, and its integrated AI helps us quickly find information like addresses and stock, boosting our efficiency.

 ### 6. Usable CRM with Room for Improvement in Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin A. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be fairly user-friendly compared to HubSpot or Salesforce, even though there's still some work needed on its intuitiveness, it's probably the most user-friendly among the tools I've used. It's great from an automation perspective, handling most of the basic tasks pretty well. As a sales operations and tracking tool, it's pretty good, especially in terms of data enrichment, which saves me from having to use other enrichment tools. Additionally, I appreciate that updating attributes for leads and deals, as well as managing workflows and sequences, is pretty easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's not enough in terms of native integrations with fairly basic tools. You can connect to a lot of different tools, but usually through webhooks or custom-built setups, which is lacking compared to Salesforce or HubSpot. Workflow building can be a bit complex for beginners, presenting a fairly steep learning curve. You might need help or guidance from their services or customer support to do what you're trying to do.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our sales cycle, manage leads and deals, automate sales operations, and integrate tools for lead generation. It's user-friendly compared to others, simplifies updates, and offers valuable data enrichment.

 ### 7. Attio: Intuitive, Customizable, and Seamlessly Integrates with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's very clean and simple user interface, which makes it easy to navigate. It also has powerful integration with AI tools, which is crucial for our operations. The advanced workflows and the customization options are fantastic, as they're not strongly opinionated and adapt to meet us where we want to be. The exposed data model is another great feature, making it simple for us to understand and access our own commercial data, and it works seamlessly with our AI agents. The transition from HubSpot was motivated by frustrations and an unused functionality there, along with a preference for Attio's much better user experience. Setting up Attio was very easy, and we're overall pretty happy with it. Also, Attio's support is the best I've ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some small workflow kinks that are actually actively being worked on today.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep my customer service and operations team organized. It provides a simple data model that integrates well with AI tools, helps track deal progress, and serves as our commercial source of truth.

 ### 8. AI-Driven CRM with Intuitive UI, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn P. | Strategy & Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the AI-native capabilities of Attio, which make it easy to integrate with our homegrown AI bot. Our GTM team can prompt updates directly from Slack through our AI bot, which is really convenient. The UI is great, especially the inline editing and the ease of creating views, and it's a significant step above Salesforce. I also appreciate the workflow editor that supports pipeline hygiene and alerting, which helps keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Reporting and dashboarding is pretty limited - for example, there's no way to add text blocks or other descriptors to reports. The types of reports are pretty limited as well. Attio has a good set of native integrations to other tools, but there are still some gaps, especially in terms of native integration with other cutting edge GTM systems like Unify. I wish I could do things like organize a Deal view into sections, make some fields required or locked, and enforce stage progression.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for sales and lead management, tracking deals across stages, managing emails and leads, and integrating with other systems to get full account context.

 ### 9. AI-Driven CRM with Easy Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan S. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is a good CRM, and it's AI-native, which allows for easier interaction. I can chat with it to get information easily, something that's not as simple with HubSpot. I'm impressed by how I can use it to calculate month-over-month growth and other cool metrics. The reporting is easy and straightforward, and the setup was very easy. I find it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There is change management because I am used to HubSpot.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio makes reporting easy and provides AI-powered interaction, making data retrieval simpler compared to HubSpot.

 ### 10. Simplifies Sales Outreach and Client Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio easy to use and it simplifies processes, which reduces the manpower needed to get things done. It's super helpful that it records my meetings and translates them into notes. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to review other people's workflows without having to dig for it. The initial setup was very easy, making it a breeze to get started.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It could be more personalizable in terms of color and font and all that stuff. Just to make it more visually appealing. I could also be able to switch accounts with Attio. Just in general, more personalization within the app.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep up with client information, manage outreach history, and track relationships, making it easier to coordinate with team members.

 ### 11. Flexible CRM with Strong Customization Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

We've really enjoyed that Attio has a good, well-defined structure that our team can follow, but it's also flexible. It allows us to define custom attributes, objects, and relationships, which means we can tailor the experience and build lists and pipelines that are meaningful for our workflows. We've also found the API to be pretty helpful for populating data and assisting with automations. The APIs are easy to work with and well-documented, which was beneficial for us as we started using them right away to populate some of those custom attributes and objects, ensuring our CRM data is in sync with our platform. Overall, these features make Attio very beneficial for our business.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

One thing that would be beneficial is if the standard objects in Attio could be renamed. We have different terminology that we use internally for some of these objects, and it's required our team to get familiar or accustomed to using these other names. It'd be nice if there's an ability to at least relabel standard objects.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us track leads and onboard practitioners onto the CRM, providing complete visibility into their journey. It aggregates communication across channels and offers flexibility for custom attributes, tailoring workflows, and automating processes.

 ### 12. Highly Customizable CRM with Comprehensive Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Euan D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I just love how moldable Attio is. We're a really fast-growing startup, and decisions change a lot of the time, so we're always adjusting our go-to-market strategies and re-assessing our position. The fact that Attio is a CRM that adapts to the way we work instead of us having to adapt to it is a huge plus. The ability to automatically capture details when a demo is booked and track inbound leads with ease is fantastic. Also, the Ask Attio feature, which allows searching through sales calls and understanding customer use cases, is super helpful. I find the workflow creation, which helps send data back to Google Ads via webhooks, incredibly useful for improving ad algorithms. Overall, it's just really useful for handling a variety of tasks, including learning more about our different ICPs. I love the company overall.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There isn't really anything I dislike, it's probably one of my favourite tech tools, I just love to use it.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works like a product marketing expert on demand. All our customer interactions and deal notes live on one place, so I can query it to understand what use cases prospects care about, what objections keep surfacing, and what's resonating. The reporting gives us clear week over week pipeline visibility so we're actually managing toward results. The workflow capability is where it really shines, we've connected it to Microsoft & Bing Ads, Looker Studio, Zapier, Wordsmith and Claude code to automate processes that trigger off live CRM activity.

 ### 13. Enhanced CRM Experience with Intelligent Suggestions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio's natural language search and suggestions great as they help me think about innovative ways to work with our customers. As a longtime Salesforce user, using Attio feels liberating, especially since I've struggled with other CRMs. Attio enhances my role as an account executive. I like being able to search across emails, meetings, companies, and deals—it feels like getting puzzle pieces that allow me to figure out how everything relates. Managing data with Attio is easier, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think instructions documentation are good, but it just takes a long time to get decent at using this tool. Nothing really I could use a little better tablet app. More help with scheduling tasks.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for its natural language search, making it easy to manage data and search across emails and meetings. It gives me insights to think innovatively about customer relationships, overcoming my CRM struggles.

 ### 14. Smart, Flexible, and Cost-Effective CRM Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yassmine E. | Head of Sales, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love how Attio makes my work simpler and doesn't require me to depend on anyone else to make edits or manage additions and removals. The ease of adding my team and creating different spaces is fantastic. I can edit and feature everything so easily, and it even supports my hiring process. Attio also makes search easy with its abundant features, and it's one of the best and smartest CRMs I've used. The product's flexibility and personalization options are very appealing. The transition from Salesforce to Attio was driven by its ease of use and comparable results at a cheaper price. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

filters need to have more options

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio makes searching easy with many features. It's flexible, can be personalized, and simplifies work, so I don't depend on others for edits. I easily add my team, create spaces, and manage hiring which makes my work simpler.

 ### 15. Flexible CRM with AI Integration and Room for Email Tool Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love that Attio is flexible, lightweight, and more user-friendly than its larger competitors. I've really loved how I can use it with AI like Claude code, making it easier to perform bulk actions or find information without logging into the platform on my browser. Now that we've gotten the hang of it, it's been relatively easy to create new visuals of data we want to display.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would love if there was a better email tool. I use a separate email tool for marketing emails that I want to be nicely styled and branded. Basically, a fully customizable UI for emails. The setup was a little tricky, but now that we've gotten the hang of it, it's been relatively easy to create new visuals of data we want to display.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio provides a single source of truth for managing companies, leads, and customers. It tracks everything with lists and dashboards, making deal management straightforward and efficient.

 ### 16. User-Friendly Platform, Needs Advanced Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hélène v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is user-friendly and quite easy to navigate, which makes it simple to manage our investment process from radar to approval. It's getting more flexible in terms of access and security, which is a big plus. I find it convenient to hold all our relationships with investments in one platform, making it easy to find emails and see who contacted whom. The integration with Granola to get meeting notes directly on the platform is handy. Creating attributes to better structure our data is straightforward, and the tool really helps in taking a structured view of our investments. Setting it up was very easy, and despite the time it took to migrate our data, it was ultimately a great experience. I appreciate the ease with cards and workflows that make the platform attractive compared to building from scratch like in Notion.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

We are missing some integration. For example with Pitchbook + AI agents. The dream like for Notion, would be to be able to extract what we talk about in conversations. For example extract companies mentioned in our meetings and get them in a table where we can draw from Pitchbook the most up to date information. We want to create rules with agents that go beyond the very basic integrations, we can make now.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to streamline our investment process, easily manage relationships, track communications, and structure data. It's user-friendly, flexible in access and security, and integrates notes, improving our investment view.

 ### 17. Promising Interface, Needs Broader Functionality For Use Outside of Sales

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Fractional CTO / Principal Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio's interface pleasant to look at, and it has a modern design that gives a nice feel for the staff. Although it's a bit lean for my taste, it's still pretty. I also like the integration capabilities that it looks like it will have in the future; they seem promising.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Doesn't really have a great way to work for other staff besides sales because of the syncing of the Google email. It'd be easier if it would allow you to use a kind of a global email so that you could warm it up for doing email campaigns. Would be nice if there was a better ticketing structure for working with clients as far as customer service type of work, because right now, it's really not suited to that. So we've had to use other tools. The initial setup was a little slow because it doesn't have much maturity with prebuilt workflows and things like that for any business types or anything. It was a little struggle.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio mostly helps with the data enrichment component of our business and automates internal needs for the sales department to build workflows.

 ### 18. Intuitive CRM with Seamless Google Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the ease of use with Attio; you don't have to be a technological genius to use the system. It's very basic and intuitive for moving around the platform.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think some of the icons could be made a little more visual. So that you have a visual representation of what you're looking to do versus just the words. And the nomenclatures that are out there. So adding some visual aspects, I think, would be very helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us solve delays in responding to customers, manage customer activity, email clients, and document their progress through the pipeline. It keeps us updated on marketing campaigns and ensures our customers are informed about our solutions.

 ### 19. Flexible CRM with Clean UI and Smooth Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wout P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's flexibility, which lets me create exactly what I need in terms of workflows and data properties. The clean UI makes it faster to update records, encouraging me to do it more often. It's very easy to set up, and it integrates smoothly with my Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I guess it would be nicer to segment deals into 2 types that can be shown in separate dashboards all of the time, but I've solved that through having separate objects.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps manage who to reach out to, suggests next steps, and automates our free trial flow. Its flexibility lets me create what I need in workflows and data properties, and the clean UI makes updating records faster and more frequent.

 ### 20. Highly Usable CRM with Powerful AI Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navneet V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think the user interface of Attio is fantastic. I also find the AI functionality and the ability to query information to be great because it really helps us streamline our workflows. Attio enables us to make better decisions by allowing connections across different artifacts and pieces of information, so we're not scouring to find them independently. It also helps us connect different parts of the story and information from different people.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The biggest challenge with Attio for us was just getting it set up in a way that's actually scalable and fits our workflows. Because Attio is a little bit more customizable, it requires a little bit more configuration upfront, but once you get that done, I think it actually becomes the best in class software.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio brings all our notes and information together, turning them into usable knowledge and a real database. The AI functionality allows smarter decision-making, better investment decisions, and streamlines workflows by connecting different information without us having to find them independently.

 ### 21. Powerful Connections, But Complex Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Otto V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's automation features. I can quite easily set up automatizations and create those flows. It's useful for moving a client or customer through different flows and ensuring follow-up emails are sent automatically. This helps me keep track of emails and manage my outreach more efficiently. I appreciate how Attio helps with linking different tools and provides a comprehensive view of things, including my emails, so I don't get lost in the flow when dealing with various people.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think for mass outreach, it's not that good, especially with the limit of two hundred days. It would definitely need to become a bit smarter. I miss strong AI features like removing duplicates or being able to look up for missing information. It's also quite hard to learn working with it. I've worked with other CRMs that were way easier to understand. The initial setup wasn't easy, and I'm not the only one on my team struggling. The onboarding felt kind of useless, and the explanation wasn't clear. I ended up watching YouTube tutorials, which helped more than the onboarding.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me link tools and have a clear view of emails, preventing me from getting lost. Its automatizations keep track of follow-up emails, making client communication smoother.

 ### 22. Love it, but there are more directions to improve, not only AI features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George M. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio is a fully customizable CRM, so you can decide what kind of features you need. In addition, you can connect it easily with your other tech stack, and Attio can become an Single Source of Truth.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Very weak reporting function, and the lack of a date trigger in automation. You need to come up with a workaround for it

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem in any CRM is the lack of integrations or limitations on it. Attio solves it perfectly. So you can connect a knowledge base management system, project management tools, ATS, accounting, and other systems easily without losing your data.
For me is the best solution is seamless using lists vs objects to set up visibility and track different business directions.

 ### 23. Customizable, Efficient, but Needs Better Workflow Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan D. | VC Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's custom data model because it allows us to tailor things to our own use case. The MCP is great because it makes it easy for our agents to use the data. Plus, the modern UI is just great for our team to make sense of what's happening. The initial setup was very smooth, and we just refined along the way.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Managing workflows and tasks in Attio isn't as effective as I'd like. There's no good way to organize them yet.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is our single source of truth for sales, partnerships, and marketing. The custom data model suits our needs, the MCP makes data use easy, and the modern UI helps our team understand operations.

 ### 24. Flexible, Fast, and Unmatched CRM Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob P. | CEO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how Attio acts as our CRM and source of truth, which really helps us manage our data. I appreciate how flexible their data model is, allowing us to build custom models like Meeting objects. The UI feels quicker and is a big improvement over what we had with HubSpot. We also find it easy to feed information into Attio, such as Gong call recordings and transcripts, which is accessible across our whole team. I also liked the import2 tool; it was unreal during our migration.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing. The only thing that would be useful is exposing more event details via api or your workflow tools

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as our CRM, making it our source of truth. It collects all our data and supports custom models like Meeting objects. The flexible datamodel and quick UI enhance our team's access to information.

 ### 25. Streamlined Deal Management with Initial Setup Friction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like how Attio is structured, allowing me to manage all of the deals and see who is working on what. It connects everything into a company record and is really clean from a reporting perspective, which is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There was some initial friction in setting it up, but once my team invested the time, it was a smooth transition. I wonder if there are better ways to support getting people off of their legacy tools. We had to create a doc and do Loom videos, and kind of force the teams to do it, to avoid duplicating data in multiple spots.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio streamlines tracking and improves visibility with better dashboards, connecting deals to internal data. It's a clean source for contracts and pipeline reviews, offering high data quality for finance and legal. It also enforces data hygiene and centralizes actions for improved reporting.

 ### 26. Nimble, Intuitive CRM with Quick Setup, Needs Enhanced Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like how nimble, fast, and intuitive Attio is, almost like using a spreadsheet. As someone involved in sales ops, biz ops, and GTM execution, Attio stands out as the first CRM that feels like it was built for operators like me. I appreciate being able to filter, sort, and build views without needing to file a ticket or bother an engineer. I can get a pipeline breakdown by AE in just minutes. The flexibility Attio offers is a huge unlock for us, as we've been able to build custom objects, routing logic, and territory-based workflows that suit our needs perfectly. The initial setup was also very quick, taking just about an hour, which was impressive. The integration capabilities with platforms like Read AI, LinkedIn, and Outlook add a lot of value too.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

More native reporting as it is still in early stages (can't find medians). I can't get the median numbers, visualization is only bar, line, and pies.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me manage customers and track engagement. It's nimble, fast, intuitive—like a spreadsheet. It suits operators by allowing filtering, sorting, and view creation without engineering help, offering flexibility with custom objects, routing logic, and workflows.

 ### 27. Powerful API Capabilities, Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nic P. | Principal, Venture Capital & Private Equity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its open APIs. They provide great connectivity with AI solutions, which is key these days. The breadth and openness of these APIs, allowing me to edit all fields, objects, lists, etc., is critical.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The search function could be improved, and filtering feels clunky. The user interface can get cumbersome, especially around custom objects. Having to rename fields every time a new view is created is annoying. Auto enrichment is a bit slow sometimes. The initial setup was okay but involved a lot of messy transformations with LLMs. It would be better if Attio made setup easier instead of relying on expensive migration partners.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to get data in one place, and I like the broad, open APIs for connectivity with AI solutions, as they allow me to edit fields, objects, and lists easily.

 ### 28. Flexible, Intuitive CRM That Adapts to Your Team’s Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What I like best about Attio is how flexible and intuitive it is. It does not feel like a rigid CRM, it feels more like a system that adapts to the way a team actually works. The ability to customize workflows, keep relationship data organized, and collaborate easily makes it especially valuable. It helps teams stay on top of outreach, context, and follow-ups without adding unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

while its flexibility is a big strength, it can also create a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Setting everything up exactly the way you want can take time

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of information being spread across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools, it gives us one place to organize contacts, track interactions, and manage workflows. That benefits us by improving visibility across the team, reducing manual follow-up work, and making it easier to stay aligned on opportunities, priorities, and next steps.

 ### 29. Efficient CRM with Impressive Call Analysis, Needs Better Filters

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Co-founder @Incredible, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for handling all our customers, and I really like how it automatically fetches activity when I email people. This means that all the information is live updated through the activity emails. I also use the call recording feature a lot. We record each meeting with customers, and there's an AI feature that enables endless analysis of each call, which I really, really like. It's amazing being able to directly analyze call recordings right after the meeting, and I think the AI uses the best models for this. I also love how Attio is structured through records and lists, allowing me to connect or almost build my own kind of system according to our specific needs, which makes me a whole lot more efficient. I don't have to follow a certain system, and that's really important.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the main thing that could be improved is more filters for the AI call recordings. I want to be able to ask for, like, all the call recordings for enterprises, but right now, you have to go into each call and do the analysis. We have over 600 calls, so that's kind of a boundary. It would be great if I could do AI analysis on multiple calls at once. Also, the initial setup was rather difficult. You really need an onboarding meeting to get started because it's very easy to end up doing things the wrong way.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for automating CRM updates and AI-powered call analysis. It saves time from manual updates and provides deep call insights quickly. I love its structure flexibility, letting me tailor it to our needs and improve efficiency.

 ### 30. Streamlines CRM with AI, But Setup Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio helps me keep track of my leads and deals, organizing them by where they are in the pipeline. It keeps me organized so I don't miss any follow-ups, meetings, or customer interactions. I like that it allows me to set reminders and communicate with my customers effectively. The ability to record meetings so I can revisit the notes when needed is really helpful. Attio also assists me in generating follow-up emails that are simple and easy to read. I'm impressed with the AI integration that surfaces information about customer interactions or meetings I've had.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Not able to bulk deleting tasks that get assigned automatically. It seems like there are some limitations with the way that the lists are handled and to connect master accounts to associated locations. The initial setup has been a little bit cumbersome. There's so much customization to be done, it can be tricky, and we've had to try it one way, and when it didn't work out so well, we've had to pivot and make some changes.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me track leads and deals, keeps my pipeline organized, and ensures I don't miss follow-ups or meetings. It reminds me, records meetings, and generates simple follow-up emails, while AI surfaces customer interaction insights.

 ### 31. Configurable but Needs Better Workflow Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio allows me to easily manage and track all of my targets and opportunities in one place. I like the configurability and usability of the software. We use Lists the most, as this is where we've created our progressive funnels to advance leads and opportunities through to completion.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are a few areas of Attio that are absurdly inaccessible or walled off. For example, creating a workflow automation to trigger an email sequence based on a company attribute change is tricky because Attio won't let you map back to an email address of any object connected to the Company record that triggered the workflow, which is frustrating. Also, the data import process was a nightmare. I spent 4 days cleaning and normalizing a data import, and then Attio overwrote every status of every record already existing without asking which source should be primary when data conflicts arise. This added several more days of cleanup. The initial setup wasn't very easy or intuitive. We had to finally get a call with a Customer Success Manager to help us out.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio allows me to easily manage and track all of my targets and opportunities in one place.

 ### 32. Streamlines Contact Searches, UI Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yujin C. | Venture Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how Attio's functionality saves a lot of time, making it easier to use. It helps me find the right contact, like a key corporate partner or investor for a portfolio company, much faster. This saves a lot of time and also enables better service and responsiveness to our partners. I also appreciate the AI functionality and automation in Attio, which allows me to find or search through contacts much more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The UI is a little bit clunky. It takes a while to get all the data ingested and organized.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me find the right contact, like a key corporate partner or investor, much faster. It was previously a manual and time-consuming task, but now it's automated, saving time and enabling better service and responsiveness.

 ### 33. AI-Powered Sales Tool with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio's use of AI, as it actually benefits solving business problems. I appreciate the record storing and easy access features, which save me time and effort in data entry and allow me to focus on the actual conversations I'm having. The ability to automate email sequences for outbound outreach to prospects is going to be super helpful, enabling me to start new relationships through an automated email processor. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Potentially, a more organized list for companies. It's kind of just one big old list, so maybe being able to organize those in a better route, like being able to pull their revenue from an outside source.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio records previous conversations and call recordings, making information easily accessible and saving time on manual data entry. It also stores contacts and helps me focus on actual conversations. The sequences feature is helpful for outbound outreach, allowing me to build relationships via automated email.

 ### 34. Solid CRM with Useful Slack Integration, But Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really love the new Slack integration in Attio. It allows me to update my team members without having to type up everything I just had in a previous meeting. I can ask the bot to tell my team about the call I just had. Slack is one of my key tools that I use to communicate with my team on a daily basis. What's nice about this integration is that I don't have to go into the Attio platform specifically to get more information. I'm able to integrate it with the platform I already use, which takes out a few steps.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I'm a little lost right now in terms of how to set up Attio best for my company. Even though I know it's supposed to be an easier CRM to set up, it hasn't been easy for us. I did not find it intuitive, and we're still learning how to use it effectively as we're new to Attio.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio centralizes conversations, solving the issue of managing different chats and knowing who said what and when. The Slack integration speeds up sharing information with my team.

 ### 35. Smooth Transition and Customization Power

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boran Q. | Data Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate Attio's customizability and simplicity, especially compared to outdated software like Salesforce. We have custom needs in our business since we're not ARR, so being able to build out custom objects and funnels to track our main KPIs is a big plus. The switch to Attio made everything smooth, particularly after our experience with Notion, which wasn't optimized for CRM workflows. Setting up Attio was pretty easy too; I managed to do it at home on the weekend in just 2 hours.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I need more integrations and the ability to track open rates. A/B tests in sequences would be great as well.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves most of our CRM problems with its customizability and simplicity. We needed custom objects and funnels for KPI tracking, and Attio does this smoothly, unlike Salesforce or Notion.

 ### 36. Simplicity and Seamless Integration with Attio

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the simplicity of the Attio platform, the ease of use, the native AI, and the connections into other tools we use. It provides a pseudo app store that lets me plug into tools like Slack, Typeform, Leadpages, and Loops. The AI enriches my contact records and makes searching for contacts easier. The setup was also very easy, like a plug and play experience.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The UI is okay but could be a bit more intuitive. It's not super easy to find everything I'm looking for.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to organize investor lists, maintain contacts, and set up workflows connecting with our tools. It acts like an app store for integrations, enriches contact records with AI, and simplifies CRM tasks.

 ### 37. Seamless CRM with Intuitive UI and Excellent Cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love Attio for its really clean user interface. The batch import and export to CSV is a great feature, especially for front-end fundraising. It was incredibly helpful when moving data from a previous CRM and uploading from external sources like Excel or Google Sheets. Additionally, the price of Attio is really compelling for us. The setup was 10 out of 10 easy, and the transition from Salesforce to Attio was smooth because it's a better product for our business needs both in terms of UI and cost. I'm also really pleased with how all our data can be kept in one place providing real-time insights for the whole team, and the email sync feature is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish Attio had more AI prompts - for example, "your goals are X, you should reach out to A,B,C - you'll need one of these to move to the next stage over the next week to meet your quarterly goals"

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep all of our data in one place, giving our team real-time insights into contact status. The email sync helps us track fundraising and outreach goals.

 ### 38. Flexible and User-Friendly Sales CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be a flexible software that's more user-friendly than Salesforce CRM. I like the visuals of the pipeline and the simplicity of the solution. Using Attio makes tracking active sales opportunities much simpler, which motivates me to use it more. My colleagues mentioned that the setup was great and super easy, with no need to transfer old CRM data, making things simple.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would like it if Attio integrated with Granola or Notion for note keeping and note logging.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our prospects, leads, and sales pipeline. It's simpler and more user-friendly than Salesforce, motivating me to track sales opportunities actively. I like its pipeline visuals and simplicity, which make the process less tedious.

 ### 39. Excellent CRM with AI Automation, Minor Workflow Tweaks Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the UI and the capability to build AI automations. The UI is visually well-organized, and the automation capabilities make it easy to build and connect useful automations for the GTM team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing specifically that I would say I "dislike" but there is some room for improvement in certain areas. I have a few notes off the top of my head. Firstly in workflows, when configuring an 'If / else' condition block, when you click on an existing filter, the drop-down to select filter details appears rather than an expanded view of the existing filter. A lot of the time, the text of filters is compressed, and it would be nice to quickly see what exactly the filter is. Second, it would be neat if the 'strongest connection' attribute were an actionable variable. For instance, when a new person record is created, it would be convenient if the 'strongest connection' user could be a trigger/variable. Finally, when creating a new workflow, when you place the initial trigger block, you cannot remove it even if you add another trigger block with the intention of replacing the first one you placed with a different trigger (or maybe I just didn't look hard enough, I only briefly encountered this one so it's more trivial.)

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage our customer relationships and build GTM automations. Its visually organized UI and automation capabilities streamline creating useful automations for our team.

 ### 40. Versatile, Easy-to-Use Platform with Some Improvement Areas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio really easy to use, even though I'm not super technical. It allows me to build automated or semi-automated workflows that greatly simplify my tasks and take a lot of manual work off my plate. Onboarding lower-skilled team members has been possible, and it's quick for them to get up and running. The platform is light and simple, which makes starting from scratch and building on it organically a good experience.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't think the note-taking features are very obvious, especially for some of the less tech-native members of our team. Sometimes, if the calendar's don't automatically update, fields like the last calendar interaction don't always work, and the alternative involves using the add meeting function, which some members struggle to remember to use well. I'd love for them to enhance the workflow automations, maybe with AI or more intuitive features, because I spend a lot of time on them, but I have many other things to do.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a central source of truth for my distributed team, which improves visibility across the business. It's easy to use, allowing me to automate workflows and onboard less tech-savvy team members quickly, making my life easier.

 ### 41. Highly customizable and efficient, but complicated setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

What I like most about Attio is that you can completely customize it. I can create and edit everything, essentially tailoring it to our needs. Now we have a completely different sales pipeline with an individual approach that I can fully edit for us. I can precisely set how many deal stages I have in my sales pipeline, what they should be called, and I can hide unnecessary information and display important ones. These customization options are valuable to me, something that wasn't possible with Hubspot and Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think Attio could have its own AI that automatically completes tasks, such as creating deals or companies. That would be super cool. The initial setup of Attio was relatively complicated because it is a different tool compared to CRM, like Hubspot or Salesforce. I believe a small training session or explanatory videos at the beginning would be very helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Attio, I can create reliable reporting, set up sequences for easy mass emails, and easily conduct data tracking.

 ### 42. Call Recording Tool is great, but lacking in depth on some features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Call recordings are a like version of Gong, at a fraction of the price. Still needs improvements, but it's pretty decent.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Clunky in places, and some of the tools are clearly not fully baked yet. Particularly frustrating is the initial recommendations in the dropdown list when adding someone to a deal. The Deal is linked to a Company, but then the dropdown list for the People to add to the Deal does not recommend actual people who are linked to that Company. Why is a Person from a different Company the first recommendation. Also, the search functionality requires at least 8 letters to define a result well (again, clunky).

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eyes on revenue pipeline, and lite versions of other expensive softwares like Gong

 ### 43. Game-Changing CRM with Instant Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for managing sales and partnerships pipeline, analysis, and forecasting. As a consultant working across multiple CRMs where sales are founder-led, its simple-to-use UX helps with context switching and keeping pipeline progress clear. I love that workflows are automated, and insights are easy to glean. The LLM inside the product is a game changer. I can use natural language to query qualitative or quantitative inquiries and get insights in seconds or do mass updates of attributes. It was minutes to set up, which is wild. Just connect an email and let the CRM populate? Yes please.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Workflows could be more intuitive or have more standard issued options out of the box. I wish there were auto-triggering AI prompts to run weekly or based on certain events.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me manage sales and partnerships pipelines easily, automate workflows, and gain quick insights through a simple UX. The natural language querying and mass updates are game changers, making context switching across CRMs seamless.

 ### 44. Promising Features, But Lacks Flexibility

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is quite simple to use and that new features are being implemented frequently. The contact logging system, such as emails and meetings, works well. The new meeting preparation A.I. is also good, as it captures previous interactions and provides an efficient briefing before meetings.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Several. The experience with Reports and Workflows is horrible and shockingly bad. The platform is very inflexible regarding customization (for example, adding a field in a view as 'Formula', as exists in Notion). Basic CRM functions are still missing, such as mandatory property filling for creating new leads, or properties conditional on others. For a product that claims to be A.I, it is still very far off. The features have just started to be implemented now, but until then, there was almost nothing that added value. Having to enter a bot for meeting recording is archaic, not having a connection in N8N is serious.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage investment Dealflow, including status and interactions. It facilitates the logging of contacts via email and meetings, and the new AI helps with meeting briefings. It is simple to use.

 ### 45. AI-Driven CRM with Flawless UX and Great Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like how Attio looks; it’s the best of any CRM I’ve seen. It's very AI forward, which I find impressive. The integrations with the rest of our tool stack are great, making it work well with other services we use. We frequently use features like the research record, prompt completion, and the 'ask anything' feature on the homepage to prepare for calls.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some quality of life items, like not being able to give a workflow a second trigger. For example, when a record is created or updated, at the moment, it's either or. There are some UX considerations, like the merge records button and the edit attribute button being too obscured. Most importantly, I want to be able to send rich HTML emails, but at the moment, we can only do plain text, so we have to use a different service.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us systematically track interactions to ensure timely responses and move projects forward efficiently.

 ### 46. Powerful CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilaya L. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the relational data model in Attio. Connecting inboxes, AI autofill, and the collection of information are all great aspects. I find objects, custom objects, workflows, and sequences to be very effective. These features allow for great data collection and automation of basic workflows, which significantly lower the time and labor needed.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio isn't optimized for accurate product and pricing storage and is missing some basic key features that other CRM systems have. Disconnecting an inbox results in losing email exchange data, which is a real structural problem. I would like some type of quotation creation and sending from within Attio, and it would be nice if disconnecting an inbox kept email exchanges or allowed transferring that user. Also, list templates and better product/pricing object optimization are needed. The setup is easy with lots of support information, but it's hard to build and structure according to our own business model.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps with data tracking of clients, and its features allow for great data collection and automating basic workflows, which significantly reduce time and labor.

 ### 47. Ease of Use, Cost Saver & Versatile Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate Attio for its ease of use and affordability. It's great for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines, and it works well as a secure place to store data and segment customers. I find the quick load times and the ease of editing and adding records and notes to be invaluable. Building workflows is simple and low effort. The price is a huge plus, saving us £50k compared to our previous CRM. Setting up custom fields and workflows was really simple, making the initial setup very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think Attio could improve with a more advanced Mailchimp integration and a forms tool. However, with the cost savings, these aren't deal-breakers for me.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for customer relationship and sales pipeline management. It provides simple customer and deal data views with automations that simplify the sales cycle, reducing effort. It's great for data storage and customer segmentation before integrating with marketing tools.

 ### 48. Robust, Customizable CRM with Room for AI Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan S. | Investor/Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think everything Attio does, it does very well. I've never run into any bugs or other kinds of issues. It's incredibly robust and customizable, which I really like. It consistently seems to be the most ergonomic and powerful, and also relatively easy to use in its category. Setting it up was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I'm frustrated to find certain functional gaps in Attio, particularly with linked fields or filters. I can't filter my entire list of people by which list they're added to, and it's barely any more difficult than other formulas and data science they already run. I'd love to see more AI features, even though they've introduced some like 'Ask AI.' Lastly, the real functional gaps in Attio limit it from keeping my information up to date without manual input, which is really the end goal I want. Integrating with other tools like Slack is not super easy for ongoing workflow or cadence.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio acts as our core CRM, allowing me to track interactions over time, organize contacts by relevance to our pipeline, and is robust, customizable, ergonomic, and easy to use.

 ### 49. Customizable Workflows with a Technical Edge

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayan H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how Attio is really well designed. The UI is really nice and it's designed with an engineer in mind, which is nice for people who are more technical in the growth marketing world.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find it hard for end users who are not technical to understand how to run their own reports and create workflows. It's also kind of annoying because we have to explain a lot to our team how to make workflows. Also, the credit structure can be frustrating because for every workflow you run, you have to use a certain amount of credits, even for basic things. Creating summary statistics through a workflow can be too complicated and annoying, even for the technical person, because the technical person would rather just download the CSV and run it through their AI tool of choice.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for its customizable integrations and workflow capabilities. It helps us manage customer data efficiently, design custom objects, and interact with various SaaS APIs. It's affordable and provides the flexibility that competitors like HubSpot lack.

 ### 50. Attio Revolutionized Our CRM with Cutting-Edge Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate using Attio as my CRM because it streamlines my workflow significantly. The Ask Adio feature stands out the most to me, especially with how it automatically records calls and attaches them to account records, making it a centralized repository. It saves me a ton of time because it can quickly bring me up to speed on accounts and assist with preparing for calls by retrieving all necessary information. Whether it's prepping for demo calls or understanding customer details, it used to take me a lot of time to gather that info, but now it's almost instant. Additionally, Attio is extremely intuitive for building reports, and I've found it highly effective in auto-syncing all transcripts and other bits of necessary data, which is really helpful. It's very user-friendly and easy to maintain, plus our sales team is a huge fan. Their customer support through Slack is also fabulous.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the task records could be improved. I have a lot of task records, and it might be how we configure them as a company. But being able to set priorities for tasks like high, medium, or low would be helpful to filter out tasks that maybe were historical. I have so many tasks now that I can't really leverage them in the system. There are nuances when we have partners and need to create a customer record to centralize information to the partner record. Maybe that's configuration, but those are minor things. We have to run everything through an admin, like adding a new competitor or deal feature request, which is understandable for internal controls. It's systematized, but it can be a bit annoying sometimes.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to quickly access information and prepare for meetings, which saves me 15-20 minutes each time. It also speeds up my email follow-up process, reducing time from 10-15 minutes down to 2-5 minutes.
