## Attio Reviews
 ### 1. Easy to Use, but with High Costs and Challenging Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the ease of use of Attio and the ability to define different types of objects such as company, veeple, and user. It is also appreciable that it is focused on B2B SaaS.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Certainly, the ease of integration and the workflow of Attio are too expensive. Additionally, I wish Attio could make it easier to create email campaigns or with other tools. During the setup, they made us a bit confused, and we couldn't update some contact properties.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me centralize customer data on a platform, allowing the sales and marketing team to identify leads to contact and convert them into customers.

 ### 2. Intuitive CRM with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob N. | Client Success Manager - Implementation and Onboarding , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's dashboard layout and how I am able to navigate easily based on how I want to segment or filter. Its ease of use and ability to navigate easily compared to previous products make it simpler to use and train. It also allows me to manage all accounts and client data in one place without having to jump between databases and Excel dashboards. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like that I can't change ownership of a bunch of clients at once or add an owner to multiple clients without going through each one individually.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage client and partner contacts efficiently, centralizing data to avoid switching databases. Its easy navigation and dashboard layout simplify use and training.

 ### 3. Super Configurable CRM with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is super configurable, allowing you to pretty much do anything you want with it. It's almost like coding, where you can modify different parts of a whole to be whatever you need, making it super simple to use and easy to navigate. Even someone without CRM knowledge will have an easier understanding. Attio's initial setup was incredibly easy, and we had it up and running within a few days, allowing us to self-train our agents. I would recommend Attio every single time to any colleague or client in the market for a new CRM.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The ability to cancel emails being sent out would be a phenomenal addition. Currently, that's the only thing that I can think of that we have not been able to do.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio makes it easy to move people around in the sales process and helps my team stay on the same page regarding customer interactions. It ensures we know who needs to interact with customers and how, making the process more efficient and accurate.

 ### 4. Straightforward Interface for Flexible Reporting Views

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio’s interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. I can quickly create the views I need for reporting, whether I’m organizing things by company or by people.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The learning curve for more complex workflows can be pretty steep. I also wish the email integration felt truly integrated end to end. Right now it comes across as one-sided, similar to the integration with Mailchimp.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one central place to store all of our contacts has been really helpful. We’re also implementing the scoring system so we can better follow the customer journey. It makes it easier to understand where each contact is in their buying journey and what stage they’re currently in.

 ### 5. Effortless Sales Management with Attio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the user interface of Attio. It's the easiest to plug and play when it comes to learning all the different features. I really liked the email templates and the automatic emails that you can send out. The queuing system allows for a nice cadence when sending out emails. I also like the ability to track different aspects of a deal, whether that's deal size or how much it's going to make in a year. For my company, it's helpful to have notes and niche details that each lead may specifically have for tracking.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would say it'll be cool if Attio built in, like, a dialing feature. So then that way I can call leads straight from Attio and then have, you know, the history of those calls. So then that way, I can just live and breathe in Attio for all my sales activities.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track my sales pipeline and manage processes like lead follow-ups and email cadences. It centralizes my sales data, making it easy to reference leads and notes, which helps me win and close deals effectively.

 ### 6. Simplifies CRM Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim K. | Founding Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio serves as our primary CRM to keep track of leads and ongoing deals. I appreciate that it works right out of the box and is customizable. The built-in workflow builder and API/SDK features are super helpful, and it's less complex than Hubspot. The simplicity of Attio is something I really like; it just works. I also think the pricing is solid—not too pricey—and you can build complexity and automated workflows on top. The automatic enrichment is somewhat useful. Setting up Attio was super easy, especially transitioning from Hubspot, as the integration and data import were straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the task list feature could be extended a bit, and maybe some better deduping features. Deduplication / Auto merging based on other attributes that are not just email. For the task list, I think it is grouping tasks, ordering tasks without a due date. Having a kanban view for those, right now a task is just linked to an object, to an owner, has a title, and an optional deadline.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as our primary CRM to keep track of leads and deals, benefiting from its ability to have all data in one place, customizable features, and a workflow builder without the complexity of HubSpot.

 ### 7. Flexible CRM with Room for More Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the flexibility and the ability to use third-party automation tools with Attio. It lets me build custom workflows to automate manual and repetitive tasks, like managing follow-ups or staying in contact with our network. Also, using Relay, I can speed up processes like intake of new investment opportunities, follow-up reminders, and drafting and sending emails. The import feature made the transition from Affinity super easy, and I appreciate the flexibility and customizations Attio offers compared to other CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find that sometimes it's a bit limited in terms of the scope of what we can automate or the flexibility of what you can do. It's kind of like, here's a list of five things that you can do. So if it's a bit more of an open sandbox as to what you could do, that'd be super helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is more flexible and customizable than other CRMs, allowing us to automate internal processes like tracking investment opportunities and managing our network. I like its flexibility to use third-party automation tools and create custom workflows to automate manual tasks.

 ### 8. AI-Powered CRM with Robust Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I particularly like Attio because it has good APIs and MCPs. I'm able to do mass updates and bulk work using CloudCoWork directly connected to Attio, and that's amazing. I also appreciate the ability to use Cloud Code with Attio. The AI native features and the accessibility via the API and MCP solve a huge pain for me.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I'm frustrated that creating list views isn't available on the API or MCP. It's a big part of our work to have a good list view, and I'd love to have that accessible via the API or MCP. Also, the initial setup of Attio wasn't the easiest. It's a bit different from other CRMs, and our team was more familiar with Salesforce and HubSpot.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a system of record for my sales team, getting all data in one place. It has great APIs and MCPs, enabling mass updates and bulk work, solving major pain by connecting seamlessly with CloudCoWork and allowing AI integration.

 ### 9. Flexible Custom Data Model and Workflows, but Requires a Lot of Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It is very flexible and able to be configured to my organization's needs. We are not a traditional SaaS company so the custom data model is extremely helpful for making it work for us. Additionally, the workflows tool is helpful for getting our various needs met

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It is limited in functionality compared to something like hubspot, requiring us to use a lot of integration partners. Additionally, theres certain features missing that would go a long way in helping us get the most

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep our sales team in sync and build a more effective sales motion.

 ### 10. Streamlined Sales Pipeline with Intuitive Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio's dashboard is easy to see, understand, and update. It makes it very easy to see where my prospects are in the cycle and their value. It's also very easy to see where our volume and metrics are.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find it kinda messy to see all of the team's dashboards and couldn't figure out where the most relevant work was. It would be better if I could see projected steps to value and where to focus. I'd like to be able to see adoption, utilization, and network effects on a dashboard.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage the sales pipeline and metrics. It's easy to see where my prospects are in the cycle, their value, and our volume metrics with an understandable dashboard.

 ### 11. AI-Driven CRM with Data Transformation Capabilities

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like most that Attio is AI native, allowing us to easily transform data and export it in multiple different ways. I particularly like the way that I can pull up a profile and have all the data laid out in front of me, or I can just use the chat feature to easily filter the data using natural language. It was also easy for me to get onboarded, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think that the way a contact looks when you click into it, having the full page taken up, could be slightly more intuitive and a little less overwhelming. It would be better if it didn't take up the entire page.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes and cleans information into rows and columns, providing links and allowing us to transform data easily. It's AI native, so we can export data in different ways.

 ### 12. AI-Driven Integration at Its Best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaideep D. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like that Attio is AI native, allowing it to connect with other AI tools through its MCP, which is pretty cool. I can communicate with Attio using tools like Claude, or even through my own code base. This means the data isn’t stuck in a single workflow, and it can be dynamically referenced and used in my research and external planning, including growth planning. Also, the initial setup of Attio was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing comes to mind

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Attio being AI native and interfacing with tools like Claude or my code base via its MCP means data isn't stuck in a single workflow. I can dynamically reference and use data in research and planning.

 ### 13. Clean fast UI, but cannot handle edge cases or complexity

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The UI is clean and fast, things are well organized.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Despite its hype, its quite disappointing. I find myself trying to setup something slightly complex and the tool is just not able to handle it.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its just a crm, so it stores my contacts. I've tried for attio to solve more things but I've had to purchase other tools instead because Attio just wont work. For example, their email sequences, workflows, and reports features cannot handle the simplest edge case.

 ### 14. Finally a CRM that doesn't fight you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas H. | Ops Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The flexibility is unmatched. We're an early-stage startup and needed a CRM that could adapt to how we actually work, not force us into rigid workflows. Attio lets us build custom objects, views, and automations without needing a dedicated ops person. The UI is clean and fast — it genuinely feels like a modern product, not legacy software with a fresh coat of paint. Setting it up took hours, not weeks. The ease of use is remarkable and the team ships improvements constantly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Honestly not much. There are occasional moments where I wish certain integrations were a bit deeper out of the box, but the team ships so fast that things keep getting better every month. Minor gripe at most.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Attio to manage our entire sales pipeline, track customer and partner relationships, and keep our go-to-market efforts organized. As a small team moving fast, having one place where we can see everything — deals, contacts, company intel — without drowning in admin work has been a huge unlock. It saves us real time every week and means we don't need a dedicated RevOps hire just to keep the CRM running.

 ### 15. Attio Keeps Our Deals Organized and Moving Forward

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley T. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

We keep track of all our deals in Attio. It helps keep us organized and show what is a hot deal, what has come across the finish line and who can we continue to work on!

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are so many features - I need more support on learning how to use all the tools.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recording our calls, giving us a script from them, keeping us organized with notes + deals

 ### 16. Boosted Efficiency with Excellent UI, But Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The price is the main thing which is great, I like Attio's user interface, it's one of the things that stands out to me. The SDR tracking and deal tracking are also quite good features. They allow us to see which SDRs are booked for meetings, provide notes for qualification, and track how many meetings have been booked, no-shows, or progressed without having to do it manually. This boosts our time efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find the integration with Aircall could be improved. Sometimes, when we make calls through Aircall, the notes from the call aren't automatically linked into Attio CRM. It would help if all the notes could automatically pull into the contact in Attio, so we don't have to do it manually. The initial setup was also a bit complicated and time-consuming, especially because the notes from HubSpot didn't pull into Attio automatically, and we had to manually add some information.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio mainly for CRM to boost time efficiency by reducing the time lost on manual tasks. It simplifies tracking deals and meetings without needing manual entries.

 ### 17. User-Friendly CRM with Powerful Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias D. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the easy-to-use and clean design of Attio. It's kept minimal with only the most important things which make it a pleasure to use. The customization options are fantastic; I can easily create custom lists and custom objects, and even create kanban boards, which is everything I need for lead management. The initial setup was really easy, and we also had an initial demo call with them, which was helpful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It feels like a lot is configured on the account level. I would like to configure everything on a workspace email, which can then be used by all team members. Also, I always need to manually grant access so people can see the email and replies that were sent.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily manage my customers and email outreaches with sequences. It allows me to create custom lists and objects, and organize them into Kanban boards for effective lead management.

 ### 18. Intuitive CRM with Customization Opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle S. | Marketing Director, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the related fields in Attio because they're clean and simple. The API is super easy to use, which is a big plus for me. When I use Attio, it feels like I can 'see' my pipeline clearly. I also find the lists very convenient for outbound processes. Additionally, I discovered they have an llms.txt file for the API documentation, so I pointed Claude code to it and now I'm creating a super customized reporting dashboard in Google Sheets, which is awesome. Sending all our leads from withsurface.com to Attio works great, and I appreciate the modern and clean look.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The way you can share emails is tough. My teammates are sensitive to sharing and Attio doesn't have a whitelisting option. HubSpot allowed you to share threads inside of Gmail, they had more capabilities there. As a result, my teammates don't share their emails with Attio, only subject lines. So I need to go back to HubSpot or into our downloaded CSVs+Claude to see history. I want it to be easier for my teammates to share emails, for example on all deals, but to be able to go into email threads in Gmail and block those. It would be nice to have share/block functions in Gmail. The reporting is terrible, but it's okay, just use the API and Claude code to make your own.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio replaced our clunky, hard-to-use CRM system, offering a modern platform with features like related fields, an easy-to-use API, and convenient lists for outbound tasks. I can clearly see my pipeline and create a customized reporting dashboard, which enhances visibility and operation efficiency.

 ### 19. User-Friendly CRM with Fast Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the speed at which updates are able to go live in the platform and that they seem to be quite simple and straightforward. I also like the ability to build different sequences and workflows into the product. Attio has been so user-friendly and easy, it's been a pleasure to kind of work with it compared to other things that I've used in the past. The platform's features around preventing duplicates and keeping our database under control are also great.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I do think that some of the reporting components could be a little bit simpler. Creating a couple of different advanced filters, sometimes they cancel each other out, and figuring out how to do the workaround isn't as simple. I'd love to have an advanced filter function that would allow me to build multiple different attributes into it versus individual filters. Because, again, if I try to build an advanced filter, it seems to be too complex for the system. I'd love to see that get remedied to just make that part easier. Also, while we could integrate with Zapier, it'd be great if more integrations existed.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us manage our sales efforts, track what reps are working on, know our contacts, measure deal velocity, and predict incoming business.

 ### 20. Attio’s AI-Centric Flexibility and Custom Objects Won Us Over

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

We had evaluated SAlesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, and several CRMs and the last minute I came across Attio and was intrigued. Even though all of the promotion and marketing materials highlighted that Attio was PLG focused (Product Lead Growth) and we were a Sales Lead Growth company -- the capabilities all lining up to AI-centric as a foundation + the flexibility to create and configure new "Objects" for our Partnerships, Invoicing, and LeadGen without the typical guardrails is what sold us and continues to excite us (e.g. Ask Attio)

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

IF you want a simple Pipeline mgmt tool without any configuration (aka Folk, Hubspot, etc) then Attio is not for you. IT does require some patience to cross the chasm of PLG to SLG workflows and needs. That said, no other product has come close to surprising us with flexibility, support, and new capabilities. Integrations beyond Zapier and niche companies are still on the slow side, but I know that those partnerships are in process. Lastly, unique views on a per User basis still clunky and sacrificial as well as comments, Tasks, and Notes workflows for individuals vs. a team approach that Attio takes --- but I know that will evolve

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communications supporting customers and partners, support for complex relationship "objects" needed to better manage Partnerships and the distinct sales pipelines related to Clients served via Affliates or Distribution Partners

 ### 21. Comprehensive CRM with High Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate Attio's capability to create a visual representation of all our company's firms and people, with those objects easily set up for us. The visualization aspect is a good way to see everything at a glance. I also like the ability to automate tasks and create great workflows, which I find very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think one thing that could be improved is having the ability to restore any deleted items. Often there's a lot of data in your workflow, and if you accidentally delete something, especially if it's a list, it deletes everything you've worked on. So, having the ability to restore all deleted files, at least for the last five or fifteen minutes, would be a nice touch. Also, it's not that easy to set up because it's not very straightforward. You have to really learn the ropes on how to use Attio. It's kind of different from other CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zendesk. It takes some time to get used to, and it's a bit too intensive. It would be nice if there was an easier version for new users.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to create a database for all the VCs and firms we're researching, shifting from spreadsheets to a specific CRM.

 ### 22. Flexible CRM, Saves Time with Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the customizability and flexibility of Attio. It enables a very customizable data model that I haven't seen with other similar platforms. You can create your own objects and custom attributes, and make sure all those can be interconnected, which really suits my business. The modern UI is very appealing, straightforward, and enhances the experience with a flexible data model.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would say the reporting features could be improved. You can still report on a lot, but sometimes you do need to come up with creative workarounds in order to achieve reports that you want and generate the metrics that you want to see. So I would say that's probably one area of improvement is reporting is still not extremely advanced or enterprise level, but there's still lots of workarounds that you can implement in order to get the reports to where you want them to be.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio saves me time by automating record creation and helps manage leads, contacts, and company records. It also provides insights into pipeline and deal management, aiding daily business management.

 ### 23. Modern CRM with Room for Reporting Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dragos P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think Attio is a CRM that's been built from the ground up, and it's clear that it has been done with a lot of thought. I really appreciate the user experience; it’s really, really good. Attio makes it really easy to keep track of all the people and companies we are targeting, and it keeps everything really organized. It's a pleasure to use and feels less clunky compared to other tools.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think in some places, it feels unfinished. A very small example, which is not a massive problem, is copying the name of a record in Attio. Because it's first name, last name, you're unable to copy the whole name at once, which is really annoying. I think the other thing is the data structure of reporting. You don't seem to be able to report on the number of emails sent to a certain person or company. You can only do things based on last interaction or first interaction, which is quite limiting. The reporting functionality could be improved a lot.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio makes it easy to keep track of people and companies we're targeting, organizing priorities and research needs efficiently.

 ### 24. Empowers Lead Management with Room for Mobile Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony U. | Digital Marketing Mentor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think one of my favorite features of Attio is the 'ask your feature.' I really like how I can just ask direct questions like how much pipeline we've made this week, where the pipeline came from, like paid leads, inbound, or events, and it breaks it down for me. It shows the various attributions, opportunities for probably missed leads, and helps me drop prompts so I can comment on MQLs. The mobile app impresses me too because it lets me quickly check deals and workspaces.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would say one of the major things that kills me, which forgive me for using this while enjoying HubSpot is the fact that on the mobile app, I cannot see my dashboards. I have to literally sit down with my laptop each time to be able to see dashboards that I have built and to understand what the state of the business is.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to understand my lead sources, MQL to SQL velocity, and pipeline growth weekly. It gives detailed insights by attributing leads from various sources, helping identify missed opportunities and streamline prompts for MQLs.

 ### 25. Intuitive and Modern CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio as our CRM and source of truth. I like the simple and intuitive UI that doesn't feel bulky or old school. The workflow possibilities are very easy to understand, and the action blocks allow for easy cross-object configuration and filtering. The Call Intelligence feature offers advanced analysis of calls, helping our sales team to assess what went well and what didn't during their calls. Additionally, Attio wasn't as heavy as HubSpot; it feels more modern and intuitive with more advanced cross-object functionalities. The initial setup was smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Just a few small functionalities are missing: 1. In views on objects, I can't create and save a view just for me (private view). If I create a view, everyone can see it and this just allows for a messy view setup. It would be great if Attio allowed for the possibility of individual/private views. I know that that's what lists are for but since lists are static and you need to manually import, dynamic private views would help a lot. 2. When completing a task, it doesn't prompt for a follow-up task, this would be helpful to have. 3. Not being able to filter on notes, like note contains 'xyz'. Same with tasks, that would be nice to have too.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as our CRM. It simplifies data storage and presentation, improving efficiency.

 ### 26. Flexible CRM with Great Integration, Needs Email Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love their API and how easy it is to connect other tools to it. Attio is a highly flexible system, which allows us to customize it to our needs. Being able to configure and customize the tool, and log in other tools, is very important. With a significant tech stack and reliance on various external tools for enriching and finding information about deal flow, Attio makes this process wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Some of the bigger opportunities are around email sending. I wish there was more flexibility with sequences, like being able to CC. The email functionality is fairly minute, especially with follow through because when you set up a sequence, the system doesn't have the ability to update status on objects or list, so it requries a lot of manual work to check if someone has reponded and udpate their record.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for deal flow and LP management. It's highly flexible, customizable to our needs, and integrates with other tools. This flexibility and connectivity are crucial for managing our CRM for deal flow and LP management.

 ### 27. Streamlines Our CRM with User-Friendly Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love Attio's UI because it's super neat and very flexible. The platform is very easy to use and configure, and we don't need a partner to set it up. Attio isn't bloated with unnecessary features, making it feel like a clean slate, similar to an organized Google Sheet, but much better with features actually useful for a CRM. I love the customizability it offers, similar to Google Sheets but more powerful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the team gets a bit confused when using Attio. So for me, as a technical person or the growth lead, it's easy to set it up and easy to use, but the team sometimes gets confused with the UI. Also, our data is a bit complicated. We try to mimic the market and the relationships that we create. We are a B2B2B2C business. We have a lot of relationships, and we need to connect all of those dots. So it gets a bit complicated when viewing the profiles, and I think this is something that can be improved. Also, the reporting and analytics features are very limited, so we have to rely on external tools such as PowerBI.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio acts as a single source of truth, organizing all our client data and deal progress in one place. It helps us integrate this data with dashboards and our marketing platform, simplifying client communication and deal tracking.

 ### 28. Streamlined Lead Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the call recordings feature in Attio; I thought that was an excellent feature. I also really like how easy it is to upload different leads or new contacts into the CRM, especially with the Google Chrome plugin. I really like how easy it is to categorize the different leads and contacts I need to reach out to for outbound email or social campaigns. While I haven't used a sequencer yet, I appreciate that you can connect it to your email and run outbound email sequences or campaigns to automate outreach. I can seamlessly upload contacts after identifying them on LinkedIn, and having a library of calls to review helps me get up to speed quicker and scale my outbound outreach.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there should be an audit trail for next steps on opportunities. When you're putting in leads to the system, it automatically creates companies. Sometimes there's a lot of duplicates, so data could get a little messy. I'm sure that could be fixed, and I was able to easily maintain it with good hygiene.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to upload leads, organize them into lists, track opportunities, and export to email campaigns. It simplifies contact uploads, improving my outreach and helping me get up to speed quickly with call recordings.

 ### 29. Ask Attio AI Is a Standout Feature I Use All the Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo V. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really love the Ask Attio AI feature, and I use it a lot.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I'm more used to using Salesforce and there are a lot of things I wish from a reporting and opportunity view that I prefer there, BUT that is just my own experience

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GTM alignment on opportunities.

 ### 30. Flexible CRM Customization, Steep Onboarding Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis E. | AI & Growth Operator | Fractional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio because it fits how I work without forcing me into someone else's workflow. It's flexible enough to track the whole pipeline, client relationships, and deal stages without the bloat of learning systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. I appreciate being able to set up custom pipelines that match how my business actually functions. The data model is genuinely flexible, reminding me more of Notion than a traditional CRM. The automatic email and calendar sync is seamless, with every touchpoint with a prospect or client just showing up in the timeline.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The onboarding learning curve in the first couple of days is real. Flexibility is awesome but also a bit of a double-edged sword because you can customize everything. You have to make a lot of decisions upfront about how to structure the workspace; otherwise, you kind of go in loops. Mobile experience could be a bit stronger. The initial setup took some time just because it's so customizable. Not that easy.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I went from messy spreadsheets to a structured CRM with Attio, viewing the full pipeline and every prospect interaction. It tightened follow-ups and prevents sales from falling through. It's flexible for my entire team, allowing collaboration without the bloat of larger CRMs.

 ### 31. Seamless Transition, Superior Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio incredibly simple to edit on an ongoing basis, which makes it easy to customize as needed. The system is super nimble for adding or removing users, which provides great flexibility for our team. I really appreciate the marketing automation features that come out of the box; they work better than our previous solution and are more cost-effective. Since we're fast-paced, Attio automatically logs interactions and relates them to specific projects, which was cumbersome to do manually in Salesforce. The marketing automations were easy enough for me to set up one-off tasks, which is a big plus since I consider myself tech-challenged. It was refreshing to jump into something complex and set it up in about an hour without any previous experience. The initial setup of Attio was super easy and fast, as confirmed by the folks who helped us run the integration.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's so much automation already built into Attio, but one thing it doesn't do is automatically merge (or at least suggest merges automatically) for duplicate contacts or companies. It seems like a simple enough recognition to implement. And while automatically merging accounts/companies may create problems, having a report automatically that says 'here, we think we found these duplicates' that you can quickly pick the record to keep and record(s) to merge would be greatly helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to centralize leads and automate marketing, simplifying contact management and saving valuable time compared to Salesforce, where manual logging was a burden.

 ### 32. Easy Setup and Customizable CRM for Startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshil B. | Founder and GTM Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for my business as a CRM to manage all my leads, nurture them, and for CRM enrichment, in addition to recording calls. The biggest thing that made me move to Attio is the ability to build a customized CRM very quickly, rather than having a rigid pre-made setup like traditional CRMs. My favorite thing about Attio is its simplicity. It is incredibly easy to navigate everything. Plus, I really like the flexibility of the product. The initial setup of Attio for my business was super easy; I think I set up everything in under a day.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think since Attio is new they don't have a bunch of native integrations, so I have to create custom integrations. Sometimes using HTTP API instead of having native integration is smooth, but other times it might take time, and custom integrations can break.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for a customizable CRM that's simple and flexible, allowing me to manage and nurture leads efficiently.

 ### 33. Fantastic Platform with Truly Human, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The platform itself is fantastic, but attio truly shines in its customer approach. Onboarding calls, solid on app chat support, a human being that is reachable via email. in an age of AI or salesforce trailbalzer online school, having someone to talk to and learn from is paramount and as long as we have fred, we will remain customers. the platform is also clearly built with start ups / tech focused teams in mind. you can essenitally plug in or build anything using the tool. it has a better slack integration out of the box than salesforce does (you have to pay for premium slack to get the most out of it), and it overall is just an easier to understand userface for the modern team thats using Notion, Jira, etc.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

i think with any new crm there are learning curves. coming from Salesforce, the report building flows could be made slightly more intuitive.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

deal tracking, conversation tracking, sequencing, invoice tracking

 ### 34. Powerful CRM but it is not a project management tool for tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio allows you to easily find everything that has been discussed with a lead/client and facilitates the construction of a very powerful database of companies and people. Additionally, the automations are useful for keeping a clear record of the status of each deal or lead. I also find it simple and easy to create lists, attributes, and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find it quite cumbersome to manage tasks in Attio. Creating tasks, adding information beyond simple text, and managing them is complicated. Currently, it offers us very little and we are considering abandoning it. I understand that Attio is not a project management tool. I also find it a bit of a hassle to edit attributes once created, as you have to go to list settings and then to attributes.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a database for contacts and companies, it helps manage prospecting and sales funnels. With its connection to email and meetings, it makes it easy to check the status of conversations. It allows me to build a powerful database and automate clear records.

 ### 35. Central CRM with Customizable Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the custom objects and the integrations with Slack. The comments and notification feature is also really powerful and useful. The custom objects allow us to create things in a way that works for us, particularly as we're dealing more with communities and groups rather than traditional companies, so it's nice to have that flexibility. Slack notifications help keep everyone updated and in the loop about what's happening on Attio.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The biggest one is probably tasks. It's really useful having tasks in Attio, but the features are very limited. I wish that we could have recurring tasks and notifications with Slack set up for tasks. Things like different views so that you can see things better. Also being able to filter out things that are completed. I mentioned recurring tasks, and things with relative dates. For example, if a task is created for a date in one week's time, etc. The whole task feature is actually really powerful, and I feel like it's being underused by Attio.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is my central CRM database, letting me track all leads and call notes seamlessly. It solves the problem of a single source of truth, keeping information transparent and accessible, and provides useful stats for regular reviews.

 ### 36. Effortless Setup with Room for Advanced Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio's interface to be clean, and it's relatively easy to edit objects, which makes day-to-day tasks smoother. The support is prompt, which is always helpful when issues arise. I appreciate being able to manage tickets inside the app, which makes it more convenient. It's great how I can easily associate one object with another, like linking multiple contacts to a deal, even when they have different roles such as partner or customer.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think that the sequencing capabilities are still somewhat basic. It's definitely not as powerful as applications like Outreach, but it is able to execute on basic sequences.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to easily configure and automate sequences and create email templates, speeding up customer outreach and making the setup process straightforward.

 ### 37. A CRM for Small Businesses not Scaling.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The ease of creating a data model & api documentation

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio is missing several standard features, such as field permissions, validation rules, and currencies with conversions. It also lacks an activity data model (for example, reporting on activities). Support has been extremely slow—my account manager doesn’t reply. There’s also no real concept of separate pipelines (for example, a new business pipeline vs. an expansion pipeline). Stages can be reordered, but that isn’t the same as having distinct pipelines.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

literally nothing

 ### 38. User-Friendly CRM with Customization and Integration Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig R. | Vice President of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio as a CRM tool for my sales team and as a reporting tool for my executive leadership team. I find it to be pretty user-friendly and intuitive. It provides an easier way to enter information for our sales opportunities and is flexible enough to allow us to build it to our specifications. It integrates well with our Netsuite operating system. Attio also enables us to forecast our expected sales, giving our owner visibility on demand to the sales team's progress.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Viewing multiple reporting at once is challenging. The initial setup was difficult, requiring us to hire a developer for integrating Netsuite data.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio makes it easier to enter information, allowing us to customize it and integrate with NetSuite. It helps forecast sales, giving our owner real-time visibility into the sales team's progress.

 ### 39. Efficient CRM with Excellent Call Recording and AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jourdan J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the automated call recording feature of Attio, which lets me use the AI to look back on previous calls. It's especially useful for capturing everything correctly during a call, including the video, which helps when someone is sharing a screen. This feature allows me to identify any bugs, reference the exact timestamp, and then create a bug ticket for engineers, making the process smooth and efficient. This has been particularly beneficial for working directly with clients. As a CRM, Attio has generally been quite good for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would like it to be more of a centralized hub. So if we're able to connect additional API so, like, Slack, Discord, Teams chats, Google Chats themselves, Quo, If there's a way to do iMessage, that would also be awesome. Maybe a WhatsApp integration. To allow it to be, like, the ultimate centralized client hub would be the best.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates call recording and transcript creation, helping me track action items, manage bug reports with ease, and efficiently work with clients. It allows me to review calls, pinpoint bugs, and provide my engineers with direct video evidence, streamlining our troubleshooting process.

 ### 40. Intuitive, Efficient CRM Perfect for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel A. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like how easy Attio is to use. The user interface is on another level compared to other CRMs I've tried. It's very neat and organized, which is a big plus for me. The hot keys are perfectly programmed. Overall, it's a great CRM that's very easy to use. That's probably my favorite thing about it.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

On the task page, maybe the way they're organized could be improved slightly. Like, when you complete a task, it asks you to create a follow-up task right away. Maybe there should be, like, two different buttons. One to, like, complete it and not have a follow-up. And then one to just complete with a follow-up, would probably be the only thing.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep my leads organized and myself on task. It helps me know where every lead is at all times, making it easier to converge leads and follow up regularly. The UI and hot keys make it efficient and easy to track my pipeline, saving time.

 ### 41. Streamlines CRM with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaan L C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think Attio is a top-notch tech company. They really understand the problem space they are dealing with, and their tools work quite well. I appreciate how the API calls allow us to get things done really easily, whether manually or through the API. Their customer service is amazing, and their documentation is pretty good, which helps a lot. With the help of AI, I can create many things through the API calls with AI assistance.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think their documentation on their website for support could be better. The search functionality definitely needs improvement. I was finding it more effective to use chat GPT rather than their search bar. It's not as intuitive as it should be, and improving that support and chat functionality could make it easier to find what you're looking for quickly. There's also a steep learning curve, so having good documentation, chat, and customer support is crucial.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio streamlines manual work, allowing us to efficiently manage dozens or hundreds of tasks with ease.

 ### 42. Streamlined CRM with AI and Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas d. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the simplicity and modernity of Attio. Its flexibility with custom views, lists, and objects really suits our needs. I appreciate the extensibility of Attio, especially its integration capabilities with our other tools and data stack through a great API. Building views and lists to fit exactly our needs is a big plus. We found it very easy to integrate Attio into our revenue and data stack, which allows us to push product usage into Attio for better and faster onboarding and retention. The initial setup was very easy, taking only two weeks.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I miss some 'simple' features like formula fields in lists, dependent picklists, validation rules, or fully customizable object layouts. The workflow engine is very powerful but it's hard to test, and we had a lot of issues where workflows consume way too much credits because they were hard to test before deploying.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to drive more sales pipeline, onboard customers, and boost retention, upsell, and expansion.

 ### 43. Boosts Event Organization with AI and Integrations!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stef-Kamil F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its AI implementation and integrations with different apps. It helps me prepare my meetings and link application forms with the CRM seamlessly. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief compared to my experience with other CRMs, and it gives a better overview of all our different deals by addressing the email backlog effectively.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I dislike the lack of integration with Notion and not having an email inbox directly in Attio. Also, it would be nice to have the option to put a CC in the sequence you're sending.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps manage the email backlog and provides a better overview of deals. The AI and app integrations simplify meeting preparation and linking application forms with the CRM.

 ### 44. Attio: Flexible CRM with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate how Attio acts as our CRM and central database for our EdTech platform, giving us a single source of truth and allowing for easier cross-department transfer of information. The workflows in Attio empower our teams to handle data effectively, saving us time on chasing leads and renewals, and thereby freeing up time to provide quality customer service. I also find the fully flexible data objects useful as they allow us to tailor the platform to our needs. Attio's email integration works very well, enhancing our efficiency. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy with simple imports of .csv files into our data objects.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish there was greater flexibility on who can access which records. More granular access control and admin privileges would be helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio acts as our CRM and central database, providing a single source of truth, easing cross-department info transfer, and freeing time by streamlining workflows. Flexible data objects fit our needs, and email integration aids in chasing leads and renewals efficiently, improving customer service.

 ### 45. Modern CRM with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markku V. | CEO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love that Attio is powerful enough to model our GTM motion without feeling heavy like traditional CRMs. It's great for our PLG and sales-led hybrid approach since we can hand-pick high-intent leads for focused sales, unlike simple lead-deal pipelines in other CRMs. I also appreciate the fast performance, clean interface, and flexible data input and views. The seamless Slack integration is another aspect I enjoy. Basic setup was really easy and, if only importing contacts and creating a simple pipeline, can be done in a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Compared to traditional CRMs, the integration marketplace is not yet as massive as some other competitors. We were comparing HubSpot before making the decision to choose Attio. I would like deeper native integrations to PLG tools like PostHog, and more two-way sync depth—not just field sync.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio centralizes our commercial data, previously scattered across spreadsheets and Slack, providing visibility into our pipeline. It eliminates manual data entry, saving time, and supports our hybrid GTM approach effectively.

 ### 46. Intuitive Yet Needs Improvement in Filtering

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the ability to create unlimited custom objects and the nice UI, how it's all color-coded. You can create nice symbols and everything, and I appreciate the ability to add as many custom attributes as possible.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The filtering systems in Attio can be really tedious. There are too many different steps required when it could be simplified with options like multi-select or tick boxes. Also, I wish there was an option to merge custom object records. For instance, with my campaign's custom objects, I currently can't merge two of them. i would also like to be able to filter a column by clicking on it not having to navigate to filter. formula columns need to added also. basically lots of stuff clay.com has that u guys are lacking in

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio lets me store contacts and create custom objects like campaigns and subsidiaries easily. The ability to keep everything stored in a clean, tidy UI helps manage relationships efficiently.

 ### 47. Intuitive usability and time-saving features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate the simplicity and usability of Attio; it reminds me of Notion, which makes using it extremely easy. I am a big fan of the call feature, where all sales calls can be recorded and shared directly via a link in Attio. This way, I don't have to use multiple tools, but have everything bundled in the CRM. The call analysis feature, in particular, is good and saves us time. Additionally, I find the customer support team at Attio great; they have been very helpful, especially with the setup, which was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I am generally very happy with Attio and don't necessarily miss a feature. But what would be cool is a Unibox for email. Better communication to make it possible to connect multiple email accounts and essentially use the CRM as a communication hub where you could unite multiple channels, for example, WhatsApp, email, maybe even Instagram, TikTok, DM would be exciting for us, but currently, the mailing feature is still somewhat rudimentary.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio makes our work easier through simple usability, fast filters, and integration with our backend. We can integrate data directly, which enables quick actions for advertisers and creators. At the same time, we automate mailing lists and manage campaigns, providing comprehensive overviews and smooth processes.

 ### 48. Flexible CRM with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giacomo C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its flexibility. It behaves more like a structured database than a traditional CRM, allowing us to model our processes rather than adapting to rigid pipelines. I appreciate the real-time sync, clean UI, and powerful automations which make it fast to operate and easy to evolve as our workflows change. These features remove operational friction by enabling instant changes to structure and workflows, with updates syncing in real-time and automations replacing manual coordination. This results in faster iteration and more reliable data. Also, the initial setup of Attio was very easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Advanced reporting is still lighter than dedicated BI tools. I wish for more native cross-object reporting and cohort analysis, like combining lifecycle events, product usage, and revenue metrics in the same report. Easier advanced aggregations and export options for deeper analysis would also be great.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a central GTM system to manage everything in one place. It's flexible, behaves like a structured database, supports real-time sync, has a clean UI, and automates workflows. This removes operational friction for faster iteration and reliable data.

 ### 49. Beautiful and Flexible CRM with Advanced Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier R. | Chief Growth Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the design of Attio; it's very beautiful, which makes it easy to use. I also like that it's AI-based with features like enrichments and prefilled text. It has some pretty advanced workflow features that other CRMs don't have, such as the ability to connect with an API or make HTTP requests in a workflow. Using it in combination with Slack for notifications and our email for the native integration is great. I also use it with Mailchimp for email subscribers and with LinkedIn through the Chrome extension. The initial setup was very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think they can probably enhance reporting. It's quite limited at the moment. I wanna do reporting by sales rep, and it's not built in, so I have to do a lot of workarounds. Also, connecting with other tools isn't the easiest thing right now. The number of apps and native integrations could be improved.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio makes a difference for me in deal sourcing because it's an easy-to-use, flexible CRM allowing me to create new objects and workflows easily.

 ### 50. Highly Customizable CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Chief Executive Officer

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how customizable Attio is because it allows me to really fit it to my business. I also appreciate its ability to record my meetings, and the AI summarizes them for me, which means I can focus on the meeting rather than worrying about taking notes. Additionally, I use Attio to manage all of my contacts and leads, helping me stay organized on who I'm reaching out to at scale while managing projects. The initial setup was easy for me, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The reporting seems to be in its early development stages, which means there's a lot of room for improvement. Right now, it only offers some basic charts, and I think there could be more customizable options and more ways to graph the data I want.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage contacts and leads, staying organized in outreach and project management. It's customizable, lets me record and summarize meetings, which helps me focus without note-taking worries.
