## Attio Reviews
 ### 1. Sleek CRM with Stellar Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bakhtawar N. | Sales Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for outbound sales and it really helps with CRM capabilities, lead tracking, workflow automation, and deal management. I like the UI/UX and the ease of access to features, which makes everything seamless. The native integrations with tools like Aircall and Apollo are also fantastic. I find every layout very advanced and modern with simplified categories and segments. The initial setup was amazing for my team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the onboarding could be slightly improved to understand the full capacity of automation workflows. It'd be great to get product demo videos for each segment, like how to import leads, how to automate deals, how to integrate, etc.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for CRM capabilities, lead tracking, workflow automation, and deal management.

 ### 2. Flexible CRM with AI Automation, API Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azim K. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the flexibility and ease of use that Attio offers. It allows me to connect things to Claude code, which really makes everything easier. I can use the API to create and fetch contact data, and stay informed about my pipeline. The initial setup was quite easy, and though there's a learning curve with everything, it wasn't as bad here. Additionally, I use Attio's CRM for storing client data seamlessly with its robust features and AI flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think I just have high expectations but their API could be better. Overall efficiency, I feel like sometimes it takes too long to perform certain API actions.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio stores client data seamlessly with robust CRM features and AI flexibility. I connect things to Claude, making tasks like creating and fetching contact data easier.

 ### 3. Flexible, Modern, Yet Needs More AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas N. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio to manage our entire pipeline, and it's our source of truth for data. I think it's cleaner and much more flexible than Salesforce. It's more modern, which is great. I really like their AI features. While I think they could use some work, they've been pretty good. The AI chat has been really helpful when I need to input pieces of data. Using AI has been a lifesaver for us. I also found the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there needs to be a better MCP connector. There are definitely some limitations on the things that we can use it for. I also wish it was a little more opinionated. There's a kind of mix of lack of structure, but also structure at the same time. Either more opinionated or just pure flexibility, I think, would be really amazing. The initial setup is easy but trying to set it up in an optimal way is a little tricky. Data migration and not having clean data is not the easiest thing. It's a little too much manual work on our end to figure out what the right process is.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage our entire pipeline. It's our source of truth for data, providing a much cleaner and more flexible solution than previous tools like Salesforce.

 ### 4. Highly Customizable Lists & Funnels with Great Gmail, LinkedIn, and Zapier Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna F. | Head of Platform and Fund Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It is highly perosnalisable for specific needs. i prepared many different lists and funnels for both investment and fundraising. and i use it for all my events. i also love the workflow features to automate certain things, specifically the tags for each type pf person or company. The intergation with gmail, LinkedIn, and Zapier are great.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Notetaker can be improved. I use fireflies and unfrtuantely the Zapier integration to add the AI summary notes after a call to each person and company record breaks a lot. It was working super well for about 8-10 motnhs. I noticed it satrted breaking in October or so 2025.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important I think is that it has improved a lot how everyone in the team is informed about every aspect of the fund. I send summaries evey week about all deals on the table and all follow ups and action points needed to keep track of our fundraising efforts. Everyone knows what they need to do.

 ### 5. Streamlines Lead Management with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole Beatriz S. | Digital Marketing Manager -VA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love that new leads popping to our email automatically go straight to Attio, which is the start of our success. I like sending and receiving everything in just one platform. I value the reports, contacts, templates, and checking team's tasks features. The good thing about Attio is that their team is very helpful; whenever we need someone, they are ready for a quick video call!

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the important one is like a reminder? we usually add it as a task but no popping or reminder to that person who we tagg

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio because it automatically adds new leads from our email, which is the start of our success. I love that it lets me send and receive everything on one platform.

 ### 6. Effective CRM with Room for Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham G. | Partnerships Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for CRM purposes, notably for tracking our deal flow and ensuring we know which salesperson is associated with each account. Attio helps by creating a platform where we can keep everything in one place. I appreciate how different lists and records can interact with each other. I think it does a decent job collecting some key data, or suggesting it upfront, given it is a CRM platform. I like the look and feel of it; I think it is quite nice and makes intuitive sense at least in that regard.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The automation and workflows in Attio are hard to use and don't make intuitive sense. It takes a long time to understand them, and I still struggle to grasp how they work. There aren't enough explanations for the automation workflows, and more hands-on support from the Attio team is needed. It's not as intuitive as other CRMs like Salesforce. The process of deciding which inputs to use is confusing and sometimes errors occur without clear explanations. The learning curve is quite steep, which affects my overall favorability towards it.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps keep all CRM data in one place and does a decent job collecting key data and suggesting it upfront. I appreciate how different lists and records can interact.

 ### 7. Intuitive CRM with Great Support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tzlil G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio very easy to use, with its intuitive design allowing me to work with the system quickly. The implementation process was straightforward and fast; it reads through emails and calendar invites, making it simple to start using from the first week. I also appreciate the very good support and onboarding team available to answer every question we have. Additionally, Attio integrates well with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, MixMax, and CircleBack, which enhances its usability for managing our CRM effectively.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Since the system is pretty young, there are some things that are still pending as feature requests, like deleting a CSV once uploaded or having mandatory fields such as a reason to decline a deal. I feel the need for more features to ease daily use.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of relationships and manage our pipeline effectively.

 ### 8. AI-Enhanced CRM with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prashant M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for internal work and with my clients. I like that it is AI native and easy to create and visualize companies, people, and deals. The Universal Context Feature, which is an LLM inside the CRM, is great. I appreciate the easy integrations, and the neat interface and Kanban view on deals help me understand where I stand in my deal pipeline simply. The initial setup was very easy, taking no more than 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

AI enrichments sometimes take time and could be improved in terms of speed and accuracy. I use AI for categorizing people or scoring leads, and the LLM behind it could be faster. Sometimes the logic breaks when I'm running AI enrichments with workflows.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio is AI-native, making it easy to create and visualize companies, people, and deals with its Universal Context Feature and simple integrations.

 ### 9. Seamless Integration with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emil B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be quite an intuitive platform and it integrates very well with other tools, which makes it really useful for managing client contacts and ensuring my outbound efforts are on track. I love the simplicity of the integration process; it's seamless and pretty impressive, especially how it connects with emails and calendars, allowing for automation of workflow and creation of triggers. The initial setup was extremely easy, taking just ten minutes before it was ready to go, which is excellent. The platform's ease of use is similar to Excel but offers the functionality of tools like HubSpot. Overall, I've been impressed with how streamlined and stable the environment looks.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I haven't necessarily had any negative aspects with Attio. I haven't yet seen how good it is with forecasting the pipeline and pulling in data. I'd like to see any kind of predictive modeling based on historic data. I haven't seen that yet with Attio, so maybe that would be an area that could be developed.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for organizing clients in a database, understanding our contact points with them, and ensuring our outreach aligns with our goals. I find it intuitive, well-integrated, and it acts like an Excel with HubSpot functionality. However, I want more on pipeline forecasting.

 ### 10. Customizable CRM that Outperforms Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how Attio is much quicker than Salesforce in terms of assigning tasks and organizing deals, which makes it a way less manual process. I like how everything is customizable. We have added our own attributes that have the most relevance to us, like the commercial state of companies, to help sort deals by size in the funnel. Attio is also more customizable and cheaper than HubSpot, which makes us prefer it. Our setup process is going smoothly, and although it's a lot of work upfront, it will drastically improve our workflow going forward.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The lists feature was not working as we expected. We cannot get it to sort out deals accurately enough to trust. We tried assigning SDR targets as a list and it is not accurately classifying those targets.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is quicker than Salesforce and less manual for assigning tasks and organizing deals. It's customizable and cheaper, with the ability to add relevant attributes like commercial state for deal sorting. Initial setup is a lot of work, but it'll greatly improve our workflow.

 ### 11. Efficient Sales CRM but Lacks Workflow Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the workflow in Attio, how easy it is to create, and how it is easy to find. I appreciate how it helps me keep track of clients, as well as the ability to split workflows and create very detailed possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like the fact that the sequences are limited in what you can do from the workflow and how you can track them. The linking between the workflows and the sequences feels very disconnected. I would like more control over the sequences to see where a client is and to trigger something for workflow when they get to a certain point. Having the possibility to pause a sequence and continue at a certain time upon a different trigger would give more control over the email sequencing. The initial setup was a bit confusing and not really clear, even with templates available, which was a hurdle to grasp.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for tracking leads and customers by consolidating everything in one place with an easy-to-create workflow. It's easy to keep track of clients with split workflows, though it has limitations with sequences.

 ### 12. Powerful CRM with Rich Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dillon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like having a central repository of all knowledge, allowing me to build custom objects and attributes that match how I think about my pipeline. The enrichment feature is solid as it fills in gaps without manual updates. The biggest workflow impact for me is being able to see the full history of a relationship at a glance without digging through emails. It keeps investor and customer outreach organized in one place rather than scattered across emails or spreadsheets, making it easy to track where each conversation is in the pipeline. It's very helpful when running multiple conversations in parallel because you can pick up things that have gone cold with full context. The initial setup of Attio was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's a lot to learn up front - it's a bit of a complex product I guess?

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes investor and customer outreach, tracks pipeline status, and provides a central repo of knowledge. Custom objects and enrichment fill gaps, making it easy to pick up cold conversations with full context.

 ### 13. Intuitive CRM Interface with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fredrik S. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think Attio has a very intuitive user interface. It's quite easy to understand, both at the company and contact level. I also like that you can enrich leads through external connections like Salesforce Navigator. It's really easy for me to upload contact information into the company level, and I find it convenient to integrate Sales Navigator and Attio to reach out to different stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy and simple, with a step-by-step guide that got me up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think what we're looking into as well is to try and get an integration with an AI dialer like Aircall, for instance, so that we can, not only track emails, but also phone calls.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to build and segment accounts, making it easy to populate company info and organize everything in one place. The intuitive interface helps enrich leads through connections like Salesforce Navigator, enhancing our ability to target multiple stakeholders effortlessly.

 ### 14. Smooth UX and Powerful Deal Flow Organization with Attio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Capital Markets | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how you can organise deal flows and have them displayed in a concise yet detailed way. The way attio also integrated with Gmail to take out the actionable the important notes is really helpful. Moreover, it feels like I am riding a smooth sail the way that I have a really smooth UX. And, the pricing is also competitive if not less to other providers out there.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Support and Onboarding part is very time consuming.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating into gmail allows investors to directly go into call-to-call with their notes being synced across the org without them having to do it manually. The AI feature helps out a lot over there.

 ### 15. Fast, Intuitive, and Flexible CRM with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan C. | Regional Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

i like the fact that it is fast, clean, intuitive, and very flexible. I tis also very easy to implement.
Attio is very flexible and dynamic and it adapts to our business rather than us having to adapt to a set/fix CRM platform.
The support is great and the Attio team have been exceptional. Whether it’s quick support messages, detailed videos or guidance on structuring custom objects, they respond with speed and clarity.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

i haven't found any downsides to Attio and i like everything about it so far.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio has greatly improved how we manage our customer relationships, offering us a very comprehensive overview of the customer's accounts, the conversations we have had with them and it has enabled us to manage and nurture the new leads in a better way.

 ### 16. Flexible Tool with Engineer-Level Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taeyoung L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the flexibility of Attio; it feels like a sales team tool that has the capabilities of an engineer. The filters are very descriptive and more detailed than any other platform I've seen. Deals and roles are helpful to set up, and using MCP makes it very easy. The filters allow me to search not just by name but by using specific queries to filter out unnecessary results. Deals help categorize leads, prospects, or active deals effectively, and roles are useful in assigning deals and differentiating and attaching them to companies. The Claude code and MCP make everything fluid and enable easy automation.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish there was more visibility into calls on our calendars, whether they happened or not. Also, the notetaker being an actual guest in our meetings is not ideal. We get a lot of feedback about having 2-3 notetakers, so maybe an invisible notetaker option would be better.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for managing deal flow, sending outreach for deal stages, and utilizing detailed filters to refine my searches. The categories for leads and active deals, along with roles and automations, make organizing and managing our sales process more efficient.

 ### 17. Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate Attio's very flexible CRM, which has good built-in automations and an even better ecosystem for creating my own integrations using the API. The use of webhooks has been pretty invaluable for syncing with our other CRM. Built-in integrations, sequences, and workflows are very easy to work with and give me confidence that non-technical users can make contributions. The API and webhooks are very helpful for syncing my industry-specific CRM and other data sources like Google Drive. The initial setup of Attio was a breeze, focusing on important stuff without much extra noise, making it very elegant to use. It's very convenient and helps us continue to work efficiently as a small team of about five people.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some limitations I found. I really like the idea of the meeting recorder. But, I'm hesitant to introduce, you know, a cumbersome kind of second person to my meetings. I found them reaching for other tools for that. Some of the integrations and sequencing stuff did kind of fall a little bit short of what I needed it for. But, again, I was able to work around those.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio's flexibility, built-in automations, and API for integrations invaluable, especially for syncing data across CRMs and other sources.

 ### 18. Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with Some Integration Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate how Attio gives me good visibility and control over my pipeline, helping me to see the stage each deal is at. It's great that I can log notes on deals as well. I find Attio really easy to use because of its flexibility and dynamic nature. The user interface (UI) is very clear, and I love the simplicity that makes it easy to use. Attio has made a good impression on me as it's probably the first sales CRM I’ve used deeply. I love the ease of use and how dynamic it is, allowing me to create many fields. I think it's a brilliant tool, and I'd rate it highly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I feel like Attio could integrate with more tools. Direct integrations would be great because sometimes I've struggled to connect it to particular tools. Currently, a lot is possible through Zapier, but it's not always easy. Also, I think the reporting could be a lot more granular. It's decent at the moment, but it definitely could be better.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me manage my pipeline as a GTM tool, offering good visibility and control over the pipeline and individual deals by allowing me to log notes. Its simplicity, clear UI, and flexibility enhance its usability.

 ### 19. Intuitive, Swift CRM Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love Attio because it's so easy to use. The user interface is very simple and automated, allowing me to import a CSV in a matter of minutes, which I find incredibly valuable for scaling our business. The initial setup was seamless and easy, which was a huge plus. I appreciate having CRM as a source of truth combined with an easy user interface, as that really meets our needs.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Honestly, probably some of the fields, but that's more on our end. Overall, I would say the fields are more a reflection of what we need to ensure is improved upon. But overall, no major improvements.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to build sequences and import leads, making it seamless and valuable for scaling our business. The user interface is simple, and importing CSVs is quick.

 ### 20. Visually Intuitive CRM, but Needs Structural Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp B. | Master Thesis, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio to address problems with keeping an overview of customers, and it presents this information in a very visual, beautiful way. I find Attio to be intuitive and easy to understand, which is a big advantage over other CRM tools that can be very complicated to work with. It's better and easier to manage in terms of intuitive working. Additionally, the initial setup was quite fast because Attio reminded me of Notion, which I'm already familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The structure in Attio can be a bit complicated. Sometimes it's important to use lists, and sometimes objects, and it would be nice to have some help like Ato dot AI to design the structure better.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep an overview of customers in a very visual, beautiful way.

 ### 21. Intuitive and flexible CRM with very good API

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jannik O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the simple, intuitive design of Attio, which makes managing CRM data even somewhat fun. I particularly appreciate the email synchronization, which allows seamless logging of emails, whether they are sent via Gmail or directly from Attio, helping to always log activities without extra effort. I also find the easy data import function, supported by the Attio API, very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

1) The mobile app experience: Many things still don't work here, especially since one wants to efficiently add updates/notes while on the go. This is not yet working as desired. 2) Capturing notes is easy, but it lacks, for example, the ability to create or even track times, select and store the medium (call, video call, on-site appointment, WhatsApp, etc.). And the tracking of notes always occurs in one record (e.g., deals). In linked records (people, companies), notes do not automatically appear.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to capture activities throughout the sales process, avoid duplicates in the CRM, keep emails synchronized, and set up email automations.

 ### 22. User-Friendly Interface Boosts Workflow, But Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anezka M. | Agent Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio because it's quite user-friendly and the interface is very clean. I can navigate through it quickly, and it's not slow, which makes my workflow quicker. I also appreciate being able to query whatever I want, which is helpful instead of finding things myself. Additionally, the notetaker feature in Attio helps because I don't need to draft meeting or action items manually, and it does a pretty good job with that.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think in the deal section and generally that workspace, I find it a little bit cluttered and it can be very overwhelming when there's a lot of information there. So I think that workspace can be improved.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to create email templates and pull email addresses from Gmail threads, which is very helpful. It also helps me identify all email addresses linked to a client or company.

 ### 23. The Builder's One All-in-One CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The simplicity of the UI with the flexibility to customize in one, wrapped up solution.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The fact that there aren't native alert features built in. You can work around this by creating your own workflows, but it would be nice to see this be a native function.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps pull my entire pipeline together with Meeting Notes, Action Items, and Emails all in one central view. With the help of its integrations, I can manage the entire relationship with the history of what's happened without having to switch between email, note takers, and a to-do list.

 ### 24. An intuitive CRM with Easy Workflows, Strong Integrations, and Helpful Migration Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naph T. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

As someone migrating over from Hubspot, Attio is considerably more intuitive and easy to use. It's relatively simple to set up even complex workflows, new email sequences, and create new records.

The integrations with products from Typeform to Claude make it really easy to connect with my existing ways & systems of working. And the Attio team have been incredibly helpful in helping migrate, set everything up, and troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Right now there are no specific dislikes or issues, however I'm still getting to know the product.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Attio to populate, track, and manage all of our pipeline – from initial demo requests, to email sequences for prospects, to tracking when and why leads didn't close. Attio provides really valuable insight and visibility, which gives us much greater control and understanding of our pipeline.

 ### 25. Intuitive CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshat S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think what I like the most about Attio is the simple and easy-to-use interface. There's nothing too complex even when features are integrated, and I find them relatively intuitive to pick up. From that perspective, it's a good product. For me, the initial setup was seamless, taking only about ten to twenty minutes to understand and start using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Chrome extension could definitely be improved. For example, on LinkedIn. On a simple LinkedIn profile, the likelihood of it giving me the results or working as expected has been slightly wonky over the past couple of days. On the other hand, for things like Sales Navigator, the extension is working much better. So, yeah, I would say just this one particular improvement would be very helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio gives me a consolidated database of deals, minimizing cognitive load and helping track next actions with founders through notes, easing CRM tasks.

 ### 26. Flexible and Intuitive, but Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryanvir S. | Chief Customer Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is a very simple UX/UI tool to use, making it not complicated to get started or messy to set up. It's not as rigid as some other CRM tools, which I appreciate. I really like that I am able to find objects and fields myself and build it out. I also enjoy being able to be flexible with the pipelines or lists I build out. Attio integrates with so many other solutions and tools, and I like that too.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio could improve by better integrating with mass emailing and tracking click rates and open rates. It would be beneficial if it included some marketing tools for sending segmented communications and integrated more effectively with other tools like Intercom. The setup of native workflows is quite simple, and I don't like the credit system for workflows since other CRMs don't charge for this feature. Additionally, the customer success team wasn't very good. After the initial kickoff call, there were no follow-up communications to schedule the other planned calls, which was really disappointing. I felt like I was learning as I go without much support.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to send and track customer communications, segment lists flexibly, and manage implementation stages effectively.

 ### 27. Intelligent Automation that Tripled Our Activity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like AskAttio because it saves 70% of the team's time and creates tasks in the CRM, helping to execute intelligently. Call Intelligence also stands out, integrating meetings into deals and increasing the intelligence of Ask and our decisions. The ease of creating and editing objects and API is something I also greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the configuration of Attio was very simple, using the Import2 migrator and Claude Code in the terminal to normalize data, which allowed us to migrate everything in a short time and with little effort. By the third day, AskAttio was already mining the data.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The structure of Tasks is very simple and could allow adding some custom field to facilitate the visualization of indicators about Tasks. Also, the text structure of the fields is Wall Text and does not allow line breaks or the use of bullet points.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates our sales and communication process, from scraping to recording meetings, multiplying our activities by 370%. AskAttio reduces team time by 70% by automating tasks, and Call Intelligence integrates meetings, enhancing our decision-making intelligence.

 ### 28. Flexible CRM with Strong Automation, Needs Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how you can build workflows and how intuitive it is to move people from different pipelines. I also like how you can create custom attributes to filter things according to the needs of your business or product lines. I really like that you can divide things by products by adding custom attributes. I like that it keeps everything organized, and by clicking a little search button, you can quickly find anything you need. I also appreciate the intelligence feature that helps with briefing and provides summaries before calls if needed.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there should be an option to search a record, whether it’s a company or people that is at a certain stage or in a column. That would make a big difference. Also, improving the workflows is needed. Sometimes, for example, I tried creating a workflow to manually select people from a list to enroll them in a sequence, but it kept saying I couldn't. Making the workflows more intuitive and actually work for Atio's customer's needs would be beneficial. Another thing missing is connecting to a lead gen service to find emails and contact info, so everything remains within Attio without needing external platforms.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me keep track of leads, organize prospect information, and filter by specific characteristics, saving a lot of time. It assists with bespoke deals and keeps everything organized while allowing quick access to needed information.

 ### 29. Effortless CRM Management with Attio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like using Attio because it makes navigation simple, with only a few areas to manage, and the data entry and manipulation grids are easy to handle. I appreciate that reporting is generally clean and easy to analyze, providing a clear view of the entire pipeline in a much neater way. It's convenient to have all customer and prospect data organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The user experience of building reports is a bit challenging. Could be simplified further for the layman. Also, the initial setup took longer than expected due to Zapier integration challenges, although it was a new experience for us.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes our sales pipeline and customer data, providing a clear view of opportunities and a neater pipeline compared to our previous messy, scattered data in HubSpot.

 ### 30. Streamlined Lead Management with Some Navigation Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan L. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio really great for piping in leads from various surfaces online and integrating them with our systems. It's fantastic how it collects leads using just an email or company name. I like that it has all the integrations we need on the developer side to build out plugins with other tools, like enriching data via Clay. It works really well with our other systems, and I love that it’s still effective even as our company has doubled in size. Setup was super easy, and from the developer's side, building out plugins with Attio is very quick and easy. Attio is still working really well for us, even better now that we have more people on our GTM team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio is a little bit confusing to navigate. It's definitely a lot to go into and hard to build your own systems. It's confusing and you don't know what other team members are seeing.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to collect and enrich leads from our website and marketing channels. It integrates well with our systems and helps us qualify leads effectively, determining who to route them to on the team and assess revenue opportunities.

 ### 31. Highly Customizable, Easy-to-Use CRM for Effortless Data Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash . | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It’s highly customizable and easy to use. It works great as a CRM and as a data-tracking tool, making it simple to organize and keep track of information.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Since it’s super customizable, it can be a bit tricky at first to learn how to update and refine processes, but the Attio team makes it easier and is there to help you.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with a lot of people on my team, and Attio is awesome for helping us stay organized and on top of tasks. It makes it easy to assign tasks to team members, and to add notes, blockers, and updates so everyone stays aligned.

 ### 32. Easy to Use with Clear Documentation and an Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita S. | VP of Growth, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The product is easy to use, with clear documentation and an intuitive UI.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I’d like to see more templates and additional prompting options to support a faster workflow and make automation development quicker and easier. Email marketing automation could also be more streamlined so it’s easier to locate, and having more metrics around deliverability would be helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides visibility into the deals pipeline and clear visibility into marketing effectiveness.

 ### 33. AI-powered CRM with Deep Platform Understanding and Flexible MCP Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl G. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Easily customizable with MCP. AI understands platform well, and is able lead development much more independently than other legacy CRMs

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

UI is a little challenging, especially finding related records. I also wish it was easier to customize the UI with the MCP. Currently I have Claude Cowork in Chrome updating the UI and it's not ideal

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meets my CRM needs at a reasonable cost and with good flexibility/extendability

 ### 34. Seamless customer management and excellent support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the automatic enrichment of customer information and the overview of what team members are doing with the customers. This helps me with the content preparation for appointments and provides an overview of market information and what is happening with the customer. Additionally, the initial setup of Attio was easy, especially thanks to the great support from the Attio team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

So far, everything is working very well and we are still getting to know the system. We are excited about the APIs and the connections to other applications - especially the connection with Intranet (SharePoint) and task management (JIRA) for projects and services. It would be desirable to have additional functions to access individual project areas in SharePoint and JIRA from the deal.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves the complete management of customer information, contact details, deals, pipelines, and reporting. It offers automatic enrichment of customer information and an overview of the team's activities with customers, helps with the content preparation of appointments, and provides market information.

 ### 35. Intuitive CRM with a Clean UI and Clear Learning Academy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love that attio is intuitive - not just for long time sales / marketing / staff with exposure to CRM platforms, but for everyone. This has been pretty broad feedback from across the organisation. Unlike other platforms (salesforce, hubspot), there's no steep learning curve. The concepts make sense, the UI is cleanly laid out and familiar, and the help doco (learning academy in particular) is relevant, focused and clear.

Integration have been largely painless, although I think there is some room for improvement (will talk more about this). Perfomance is generally good, although we do notice some page load latency from time to time and pricing sits well for us, given our company size.

We haven't fully dived into the AI functionality yet, but we are excited to do so shortly - we've read about these features but as we are still in the onboarding stage, haven't fully explored them

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

We haven't noticed any major downsides, especially compared to other CRM systems we have used in the past. We do have a bit of a wishlist of areas that we feel could be improved:

1. Workflows - Workflows are great and we can do most basic automation tasks, but we feel like they are lacking a little bit of depth / advanced functionality. We've had to fall back to custom webhooks / n8n to process some more demanding flows. One particular pain point is around formulas - we feel that this could be a little more powerful, as we've struggled to do things like calculations against dates (for example, trying to calculate a deal time-to-close value)

2. Integrations- These have generally been painless and we have implemented integrations via the API (very good - good doco and DX) and via apps. We feel that the apps need a bit more refinements - clearer documentation, better searching of the app catalog.}

3. Permission model / setting- we've sometimes struggled with getting permission correct as we feel the setting of permissions is a bit inconsistent and hidden.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to attio, we were hubspot users. We found hubspot far more restrictive and and requiring more specialised skills / knowledge to implement, change and adapt as our business changed.

During the implementation of attio, we've been able to do a lot more of the setup and process design in-house. Our engineers have found the API really easy to use and to integrate our stack into and our sales and marketing teams have been happy to do list / workflow / attribute management work (this would have been contracted out previously). Attio is saving us time, money and we're able adapt our processes far more quickly

 ### 36. AI-Native, intuitive CRM with fast setup and compelling ROI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio is AI-native and much easier to use than legacy systems like Salesforce. It's very straightforward to onboard sales teams onto the platform, and setting up processes is simple. The UI is clean and intuitive, and integrations with the rest of our GTM stack have been easy to set up. Performance is fast and reliable, and the time saved on administration and maintenance makes the ROI compelling.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Advanced reporting and customization features need to catch up to more mature CRMs

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio's a flexible CRM that people enjoy using. Operational overhead is lower, it keeps our data organized, and lets us move fast without the complexity of legacy systems.

 ### 37. AI-Powered CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate Attio for its core CRM functions and how it enables AI-native experiences. The MCP server is really great and makes CRM tasks easier with less manual effort, replacing much of the clicking with natural language interactions or a simple button press. I also like the Ask Attio feature and the pre- and post-call automations, which streamline processes significantly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I've found it incredibly frustrating to have to merge and manage duplicative company records because Attio is creating a new "company" every time someone on my team sends an out of office reply to a bounce email address. I feel like Attio can introduce some clever automation here to make my life simpler. Also I need help with the workflows, they seem super powerful but I found it hard for a lay person to understand

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio streamlines CRM tasks using AI-native experiences and the MCP server, reducing manual effort. It enables efficient pre- and post-call automations and simplifies interactions with natural language or a button press.

 ### 38. Intuitive Pipeline Management with Attio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark L. | Director of Sales and Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its good UI & UX, which they've clearly thought through well. I find it very intuitive for most actions. Customising the data model is also very simple (although grouping would be nice here). I also appreciate the visibility it provides on the whole pipeline, and being able to use their API to store and enrich leads throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Not having a formula type cell is a killer. As a staple of spreadsheets it's really missing here and using workflow to circumvent it is painful. The pricing is also a bit steep with the typical per-user pricing and a lot of basic stuff in the top tier.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for visibility on the whole sales pipeline and utilizing their API to store, enrich leads, and follow them through the process.

 ### 39. Efficient CRM Tool with Outstanding AI and Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the AI chat function that lets me pull up anything from the CRM without having to search for it manually. I also appreciate how it integrates with literally every tech stack, which enhances my workflow by scanning the entire tech stack to give me real-time answers without needing to open other applications. The integration connects with so many systems that I can perform tasks outside of Attio while still using Attio. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find it challenging to make lists and pull targets easier for AEs to cold call.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to review calls and forecast pipeline. It solves the problem of needing to click and find things, and I love the AI chat function for pulling up CRM info easily. It integrates with all my tech, giving real-time answers without opening other apps.

 ### 40. Centralized Lead Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for leads and consolidating sales, and I like that we can add all consolidated information in just one place and easily add what's going on with a lead. I really appreciate being able to add more information and having reminders about what is open versus not. The initial setup was very easy, and so far everything is great.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

the manual removal in inbox per task

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to consolidate all lead information in one place, making it easy to track and update. I like having reminders about what is open or not.

 ### 41. User-Friendly CRM with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ploy W. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio for managing our CRM at my company. It really provides a very friendly user experience, which is a relief given how complex CRMs can be. Attio has a lot of tools we can use, including sequence automations that help with email automation for cold emailing and inviting people for webinar registrations. The product is free, which is fantastic, and its user experience is easy and clean, with more than enough functions and features for us. We utilize features such as co-emailing, call logs, task creations, and analytics extensively. Additionally, we use the Attio Academy for training, which is really good. We've connected Attio with our Gmail for co-emailing and with our Slack channel to get notifications, which keeps us well-informed.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I was there for Attio. Maybe the part that might be better to improve is if they integrate some kind of AIs to help search for some insightful information about our CRM. That would be very helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for managing our CRM, enjoying its friendly user experience and helpful tools like email automation for cold emailing and webinar invites.

 ### 42. AI Customization and Smart Data Modeling Shine, Needs Stronger Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio allows you to customize the data model. Being able to customize objects and the data model to match our company's needs is a big plus. It's great that these features are integrated with AI in a good manner, making our day-to-day tasks quicker and easier. The AI-powered features really make life a bit easier. Overall, it's nice how the customization aligns everything properly and speeds up the processes we rely on, especially in SEO.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are quite some things which are now on the roadmap. For example, making certain attributes required when they are moved to a certain stage, that'd be nice to have. It would be nice to also have better integrations with other types of services, so you can map not only to one object but also to related objects. Also, importing from HubSpot to Attio was difficult because we didn’t choose a correct data model in every possible case.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for CRM customization, allowing us to map our data model effectively. It’s integrated with AI, making tasks faster and easier. Custom objects align with our needs, unlike HubSpot’s limited model.

 ### 43. Useful CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio helps me keep track of my clients and follow up with them, which assists in doing better sales in general. I'm generally quite happy with Attio, how it works, etcetera. Having an integration with Outlook is quite nice and I find it useful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like that Attio requires the latest version of iOS on my iPhone, which is a limitation for me since I don't have the newest device. Updating to the latest iOS would drain my battery, and the only solution is to buy a new iPhone, which is kind of a bummer. Additionally, the database in Attio does not provide a search bar, which would help me quickly look up clients and improve workflow. Also, I find it less convenient that using Attio with Outlook always opens a new thread instead of continuing in the same discussion with clients. Lastly, Attio lacks a native integration for WhatsApp, which would be very helpful for my client interactions, as other tools like Fog have that feature.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of my clients and follow up on them. It helps me do better sales overall.

 ### 44. Simplicity and Customization at Its Best

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its simplicity and intuitive design, which makes it very easy to use. It's effortless to create attributes and set up workflows, which is really important to me. The platform is highly customizable but remains clear and almost self-explanatory. I also appreciate that it only takes a couple of clicks to achieve what I'm trying to do. The setup was very easy and straightforward, with nothing to complain about. I also enjoy how Attio integrates with tools like Zapier and Claude, which helps me manage my customer data better.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing in particular that I can think about.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage and organize a large volume of customer data, making it more understandable and easier to analyze. It helps me see clearer in my data and set workflows to better manage information.

 ### 45. Seamless Integration and Custom Workflows with Attio, Yet Room for Report Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate the dev tooling in Attio and how it allows us to integrate it into our workflows in an automated way. It's super simple to write and read data with it, and the push and pull functionality is great. I also value the direct integration with various platforms we use for GTM, like Apollo and Clay, making it almost the source of truth for our processes. Additionally, setting up Attio was pretty easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish the reports were a little bit better because the dashboards are kind of simple. This is a little annoying. And there is some, like, integrations, for example, instantly integrates with Attio. And we can't set a select in this integration. I don't know if this is an Attio side problem or an incident problem. But these two things would be good to improve.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio simple to use, allowing easy integration with GTM platforms and making it our main source of truth for customer and lead data.

 ### 46. Promising CRM with Great AI but Needs Better Setup and Integration Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the design of Attio and its AI capability. I think there's a long way for it to go, but having the system already in place is important. Attio allows us to grow and do things quicker, which is great because we are short on time. It helps us do more with the time that we've got.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Attio chat is not quite up to par. I'm not sure how the credits are used; they're quite ambiguous on how many credits get used for the chat. I also would like the chat to be more capable, almost like the Zapier chat, which can do things for you. I'd like it to be solving problems and also able to find things like duplicates in the CRM. The initial setup took a lot of time, and while I've been able to get my head around it reasonably easily, it's been a learning curve. It still has a few teething problems.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves relationship management and note-taking issues. It sends tasks to us, instead of us chasing them, and its integrated AI helps us quickly find information like addresses and stock, boosting our efficiency.

 ### 47. Usable CRM with Room for Improvement in Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin A. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be fairly user-friendly compared to HubSpot or Salesforce, even though there's still some work needed on its intuitiveness, it's probably the most user-friendly among the tools I've used. It's great from an automation perspective, handling most of the basic tasks pretty well. As a sales operations and tracking tool, it's pretty good, especially in terms of data enrichment, which saves me from having to use other enrichment tools. Additionally, I appreciate that updating attributes for leads and deals, as well as managing workflows and sequences, is pretty easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's not enough in terms of native integrations with fairly basic tools. You can connect to a lot of different tools, but usually through webhooks or custom-built setups, which is lacking compared to Salesforce or HubSpot. Workflow building can be a bit complex for beginners, presenting a fairly steep learning curve. You might need help or guidance from their services or customer support to do what you're trying to do.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our sales cycle, manage leads and deals, automate sales operations, and integrate tools for lead generation. It's user-friendly compared to others, simplifies updates, and offers valuable data enrichment.

 ### 48. Attio: Intuitive, Customizable, and Seamlessly Integrates with AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's very clean and simple user interface, which makes it easy to navigate. It also has powerful integration with AI tools, which is crucial for our operations. The advanced workflows and the customization options are fantastic, as they're not strongly opinionated and adapt to meet us where we want to be. The exposed data model is another great feature, making it simple for us to understand and access our own commercial data, and it works seamlessly with our AI agents. The transition from HubSpot was motivated by frustrations and an unused functionality there, along with a preference for Attio's much better user experience. Setting up Attio was very easy, and we're overall pretty happy with it. Also, Attio's support is the best I've ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some small workflow kinks that are actually actively being worked on today.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep my customer service and operations team organized. It provides a simple data model that integrates well with AI tools, helps track deal progress, and serves as our commercial source of truth.

 ### 49. AI-Driven CRM with Intuitive UI, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn P. | Strategy & Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the AI-native capabilities of Attio, which make it easy to integrate with our homegrown AI bot. Our GTM team can prompt updates directly from Slack through our AI bot, which is really convenient. The UI is great, especially the inline editing and the ease of creating views, and it's a significant step above Salesforce. I also appreciate the workflow editor that supports pipeline hygiene and alerting, which helps keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Reporting and dashboarding is pretty limited - for example, there's no way to add text blocks or other descriptors to reports. The types of reports are pretty limited as well. Attio has a good set of native integrations to other tools, but there are still some gaps, especially in terms of native integration with other cutting edge GTM systems like Unify. I wish I could do things like organize a Deal view into sections, make some fields required or locked, and enforce stage progression.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for sales and lead management, tracking deals across stages, managing emails and leads, and integrating with other systems to get full account context.

 ### 50. AI-Driven CRM with Easy Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan S. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is a good CRM, and it's AI-native, which allows for easier interaction. I can chat with it to get information easily, something that's not as simple with HubSpot. I'm impressed by how I can use it to calculate month-over-month growth and other cool metrics. The reporting is easy and straightforward, and the setup was very easy. I find it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There is change management because I am used to HubSpot.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Attio makes reporting easy and provides AI-powered interaction, making data retrieval simpler compared to HubSpot.
