**What do you like best about ATS Software?**

AblyWorks ATS makes the recruitment process seamless by bringing everything into one platform. The resume parsing, candidate tracking, and customizable workflows save a lot of time. I especially like how easy it is to post jobs across multiple boards and get detailed analytics on hiring performance. The user interface is clean, and collaboration with the team has become much smoother and they have best customer support.

**What do you dislike about ATS Software?**

Sometimes the initial setup and customization can take a little time, especially for new users who are not familiar with ATS platforms. Also, more third-party integrations would make the system even more powerful. However, these are minor compared to the overall benefits.

**What problems is ATS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AblyWorks ATS has solved the biggest challenge of managing large volumes of candidates efficiently. Earlier, tracking applications manually and coordinating with team members was time-consuming. Now, with automated resume parsing, candidate pipelines, and centralized communication, the entire hiring process is faster and more organized.
