
I've had zero downtime and no latency or other problems. I haven't had to use customer support, but they are proactive in notifying customers of upgrades and potential interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Page navigation is not super intuitive, for instance, finding the help pages from the account management pages, I have to log in on one tab and then open another tab and go to the atlantic.net main page to find the help pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
