I haven't had to use customer support, but they are proactive in notifying customers of upgrades and potential interruptions. **What do you dislike about Atlantic.Net Inc.?** Page navigation is not super intuitive, for instance, finding the help pages from the account management pages, I have to log in on one tab and then open another tab and go to the atlantic.net main page to find the help pages. **What problems is Atlantic.Net Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a personal webpage and some services on the lowest tier VPS, it's just for personal use, so I don't need much. Most other providers want to charge much more making it not feasible. ### 2. Their customer portal is intuitive and easy to use. Support is good and responsive. They also keep their status page updated so I am aware of any potential maintenance or disruption. **What do you dislike about Atlantic.Net Inc.?** I wish the expanded storage service for VPS was available in more than one data center. At present, it is only available in their flagship data center. It would be nice to be able to add additional disks to my VPS in other locations. **What problems is Atlantic.Net Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Atlantic.net offers comparable performance and functionality to other providers at a much better price. Atlantic solves the issue of having a fast connection to backbones, as well as excellent support in the event it's needed. ### 5. While there are obviously some differences from other big cloud platforms, Atlantic,net absolutely holds its own and is favorably comparable to platforms like DigitalOcean and Vultr. It also has great location selection. **What do you dislike about Atlantic.Net Inc.?** It is more expensive than any other general-purpose hosting platform but is understandable given the added expense of HIPAA compliance for the servers. This is fairly understandable. **What problems is Atlantic.Net Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is nigh impossible to find a hosting platform that can be considered HIPAA compliant. The fact Atlantic.net makes this opportunity available for more developers and reduces a significant barrier to entry is highly appreciated. ### 7. Besides, I learned that they provide 100% SLA for every consumer, and it is rather than impressive! Most leading cloud platforms CAN NOT guarantee a 100% SLA; however, Atlantic.net can do that. As for me, I do not doubt to say that I will consist of using Atlantic.net as my primary cloud platform to support my business. **What do you dislike about Atlantic.Net Inc.?** One thing they need to improve is that their controller lacks multinational language support.
