**What do you like best about Atlantech Online?**

The people at Atlantech are ALL top notch. Having worked in this industry for decades, it is easy for me to recognize a company and vendor that get customer service and if you get the chance to work with Atlantech you will see what I mean. Seamless all working together.

**What do you dislike about Atlantech Online?**

This will sound like I am trying to win points with them but I have yet to find and flaws. They have been very responsive to us and our needs.

**What problems is Atlantech Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Winning in business needs to be a two way street. One party can not be the only winner. They get that! Competitive pricing and a wonderful support.

**What do you like best about Atlantech Online?**

Atlantech Online's Support Team is some of the best technical support that I have worked with in my 30 plus years of IT experience. Additionally they offer top notch data center hosting.

**What do you dislike about Atlantech Online?**

We've been Atlantech Online customers for 17 years and counting and I can't think of anything that I would change with regards to our relationship with them.

**What problems is Atlantech Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a secure data center close to our offices—one that could support our specific requirements and scale as our company’s needs grew. We initially started in the Silver Spring Data Center and later moved to the Rockville Data Center when it opened, since it offered easier access from our office. They’ve provided real convenience for us, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and highly communicative; over the years, they’ve helped us out with many things both large and small. Their reliability and dependability are the main reasons we’ve remained long-time customers.

**What do you like best about Atlantech Online?**

Transitioning from Zoom for Government to Microsoft Teams in a GCC High environment was a critical move for our organization, driven by compliance, security, and integration needs. With a tight timeline and complex regulatory requirements, we knew we needed a partner who understood both the technical and federal landscape. Atlantech delivered exactly that.

From day one, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of the nuances involved in migrating to a GCC High tenant. They worked closely with us to ensure our phone numbers were ported over seamlessly—coordinating with carriers, validating routing, and ensuring continuity of service throughout the process. Despite the compressed schedule, Atlantech executed flawlessly, completing the number porting and Teams voice enablement without a hitch.

What truly set them apart was their responsiveness and clarity. They kept us informed at every step, anticipated potential roadblocks, and provided solutions before issues could arise.
