Sometimes  system's reporting tools are seen as complex and inadequate, and the overall performance has a negative impact on efficiency.

It solves problems by centralizing and optimizing field service operations, enabling features like real-time GPS tracking, dispatching, wireless forms, and communication to increase productivity and efficiency for mobile workforces.

**What do you like best about AT&T Field Management?**

The offer behind AT&T work force manager is very attractive. Centralized platform for planning, sending, and monitoring my construction team abroad would be a really great idea in theory. It will fundamentally change how we communicate and ultimately, how fast and effectively we will work.

**What do you dislike about AT&T Field Management?**

Unfortunately, the real world has turned up the mattress. AT&T Workforce Manager is without doubt an ancient analogization. The system’s interface is not easy to use, and the featured reporting tools seem to be inadequately complex. The system has suffered from glitches and slow performance, and administrating an area team with a vast set of factors to consider, this has a huge effect on efficiency.

**What problems is AT&T Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At&T Workforce Manager is not a fit to manage a small, simple field team. One of the things that might stand in its way is the fact that the size of the team is small and the structure of the work is simple. But for my business which represents a large and roaming workforce, the annoying technical problems and the lesser user friendly solution, rather create more problems than solution.

**What do you like best about AT&T Field Management?**

The client support has been poor and it has disturbed our business. The monitoring and reporting features have been obstructive during our implementation phase. I have found many issues with the base software, except for the initial flow setting which is e a bit difficult.

**What do you dislike about AT&T Field Management?**

It would be better if they added the ability for electronic signatures. The interface is a bit clunky and takes some time for employees to get used to, but overall its been hectic for our company.

**What problems is AT&T Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The implementation and integration process is frustrating as it takes multiple attempts to make the team understand your specific needs. Also, managing personal time off and shift swapping difficult.

Allocation of task is very easy, With different tools you can set your dashboard with required items only, Troubleshooting is more easy with confident support staff

Its been great pacakge for Handling of multiple task at a time, As you have more data its takes time to response some time but still its a great pacakge

See We have many Contract base manpower here we can easily manage all the task incuding thier salary with this app, even its provind asset tracking too thats plus point for  us

**What do you like best about AT&T Field Management?**

After attempting a lot of the other CRM's available, I can truthfully say that solutions has actually been the easiest to make use of. The primary advantage is having one programme to keep track of my customers, my interactions and appointments. Say goodbye to spreadsheets to update. For my employee that function remotely, this has actually proved invaluable for task alerts, upgrading work sheets as well as catching a customer's trademark whilst on website.

**What do you like best about AT&T Field Management?**

I like that I can see my technicians any time anywhere, I can tell if they are where they are supposed to be, sitting somewhere goofing off, taking lunch, whatever.

**What do you dislike about AT&T Field Management?**

So far, we're still in the implementation phase, they are building us a special interface with Quickbooks for dispatching, and we're looking for the right routing software to integrate, so the only thing I know is tracking and reporting.  I haven't seen anything in the base software that I don't like so far.

**Recommendations to others considering AT&T Field Management:**

Great team working on implementation and integration, might take a couple tries to get them to understand what you need, but they do get it.

**What problems is AT&T Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to call my drivers every hour to see where they are, they are on my screen at all times.  I know whether or not they are speeding, sitting too long, maybe chatting too much at a delivery.  I know if my service techs are actually working at sites, or just stopping by to say they were there.  It's been a big help already!

**What do you like best about AT&T Field Management?**

The paid version starts with as low as $10 and good even if one wants to try for paid version. This works really well for managing the remote employees. Managing payroll, employees database and fleet movement is just very easy.
For larger employee base, assigning the work is also possible.

**What do you dislike about AT&T Field Management?**

Initial flow setting could be little complex and time consuming. Also, from support point, it is bit loose end.

**What problems is AT&T Field Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being part of the large size organization and offices in multiple locations, this software really helps in managing the teams, tracking the fleet movement and all the basic HR functions.

The most helpful feature of AT&T Workforce Manager is the Job Dispatching. Having the ability to create and change orders on the fly from a phone or tablet is invaluable.

It would nice if they could add the ability to do electronic signatures for deliveries.

Time management was an issue for my company before we started AT&T Workforce Manager. Since we started using it, our time management and accountability has vastly improved.

The interface is a bit clunky and takes a while to ramp up employees to use. It could be a bit more intuitive and have a more modern mobile application.
