**What do you like best about AspireVue?**

I would strongly recommend AspireVue and the platform, espeically for use in the workplace. The insights gained from taking the intentional time to focus on strengths and opportunties is very helpful, and the feedback from others is an amazing feature!

**What do you dislike about AspireVue?**

Learning curve takes a few monutes to fully grasp, but then easy going forward.

**What problems is AspireVue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to determine focus areas for strengths and recognize blind spots, all in one easy location.
