**What do you like best about Asan Crm?**

I've been using Asan CRM daily in my sales role, where I manage 50-100 outbound calls and a high volume of leads. The platform makes it easy to track conversations, manage follow-ups, and keep my pipeline organized, helping me stay productive throughout the day.

What stands out is how simple and efficient it is compared to many CRM tools I've used. Having calling, lead management, and follow-up tracking in one place has helped me book appointments consistently and stay on top of opportunities. Asan CRM has been a valuable part of my sales process and has helped me manage client relationships more effectively.

**What do you like best about Asan Crm?**

I used Asan CRM mainly for lead outreach and calling and had a pretty smooth experience with it. Keeping the leads and my calling activity in one place helps me organize and save time on my outreach. I like how smooth and straightforward the interface felt and I wasn't overwhelmed trying to learn it the first time. I simply appreciate how fast I can go from uploading leads to actually making calls. There wasn't much setup, so it felt very ready to use for my daily tasks. Very simple, not much help was needed to get started.

**What do you dislike about Asan Crm?**

I think reporting and insights could be a bit more detailed. It shows the basics though but if you're someone who likes digging into performance data there's not a lot of depth in there
