**What do you like best about Arphie?**

What I like best about Arphie is the amount of time it gives back to our Solutions Engineering team while still producing high-quality, customer-facing responses. Instead of spending days manually hunting through documents, copying and pasting, and rewording answers for large RFPs, the team can use Arphie to pull from multiple sources and generate responses that feel thoughtful and tailored to the customer. It has turned a very admin-heavy, low-value task into a much more efficient and strategic process, allowing our SEs to focus on the work they do best. The other standout for me is the Arphie team itself — the level of support and partnership has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

Very little to dislike. Usually any improvements that I suggest are added to the platform very quickly

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arphie solves a major efficiency problem for our Solutions Engineering team by reducing the time spent on large, admin-heavy RFPs and questionnaires. Before Arphie, responding to these could take 1–2 full days of manual work, with SEs searching across multiple documents, copying and pasting answers, and rewording content for different customers. Arphie streamlines that process by drawing from multiple sources and producing responses that are more polished and customer-ready from the start.

The benefit is significant. It gives our team back valuable time to focus on higher-impact work like demos, solution design, and supporting active deals, instead of being tied up in repetitive admin. It has also improved the experience for the team by removing one of the least engaging parts of the role and making the overall process much more scalable.

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

I love Arphie's AI answer element that gives me a solid foundational answer to questions, which I can then build on. This feature is fantastic because it provides accurate responses to RFI questions, allowing me to focus on more complex inquiries and saving me a lot of time. I also enjoy the browser extension, which I frequently use for specific questions related to internal security or product issues. This has greatly improved our internal process for RFIs, RFPs, and Security Questionnaires. Additionally, the integration with our internal knowledge base means the AI provides intelligent answer suggestions based on current information, which is super helpful. Setting up Arphie was easy. Most importantly, the Support team at Arphie is very responsive and helpful in building the features we need.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

I'd like to see more integrations in the future, but I am really satisfied now.

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arphie to complete RFIs quickly and accurately with up-to-date information. Its AI provides intelligent answer suggestions, saving me time.

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

The flexibility that Arphie's AI & automation provide while I'm curating customized work in RFx's is really where it shines. 
If I was to move companies, I'd recommend that company to integrate Arphie into it.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

The least helpful thing about Arphie is that it's not mobile native yet. It's that good.

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answering 1000's of RFP, RFI, and RFx questions with quality, curated responses in a quick manner. 

Saves me 100s of hours a week in response writing, and with the right prompting, I can almost 1-shot an RFP & spend my time validating responses & augmenting them instead of starting from scratch. 

Beyond that, I use Arphie in my Slack integrations by calling on it to answer Ad-hoc questions on the go from our knowledge base, which is really helpful!

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

I find Arphie intuitive and easy to use, which makes my tasks simpler. It's fast and accurate, allowing me to save time by focusing only on the difficult questions that matter. The setup was super easy, and it helps me with a critical review of complex questions and storyline.  Most of all the super service from Lauren Wong - she proactively reached out how to improve my customer experience - that is world-class service!

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

I feel like there could be a central repository of knowledge found in papers or others related to what you're answering. Arphie could create several repositories about products, topics, or other areas from which it could propose to pull information.

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arphie is much faster for tender completion, letting me review only difficult questions and saving time. It allows me to focus on critical reviews of complex questions and storylines.

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

The AI is both powerful and intuitive, and it responds very well to our training. I have also experienced the fastest support response and resolution times compared to any other technologies I use. While there were initially a few feature gaps in Arphie compared to others in the field, the team has addressed these in just the few months we've been using it. We were able to implement and start running the system within days, and our team has continued to use it every week since.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

If I were to be particular, I would mention that some features related to file imports, exports, and reporting are still pending. Aside from that, the product has delivered everything we anticipated—and even exceeded our expectations in some areas.

Managing a growing volume of RFx and questionnaires has become more efficient, and at the same time, the quality of our responses has improved.

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

Coming from a proposal world in which Arphie didn't exist to me, I couldn't be more blown away about the tool, and how much I wish I had it in my previous role. Sticks out in a major way when it comes to the overall amount of time saved when responding to and formatting an RFP response. I like how AI driven it is, relying on human element once a first pass of answers are already in place. Also loves how much the tool prioritizes and values content management.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

Unsure yet. Still so new to it that nothing glaring sticks out, outside of a couple of little nooks and crannies when it comes to formatting and extraction.

We receive a high volume of RFx's from prospects which consume a lot of time from my team in completing and responding. We had been using another platform for a few years, but the time my team was taking to moderate the content and answer library was becoming counter-productive to the time saving it was meant to generate. Additionally, the answer quality was deteriorating over time. Arphie is significantly easier to moderate content (taking my team a lot less time) as it uses more advanced and modern technology to read from existing data sources. The answer quality, supplemented by AI is also higher and more consistent. Their team has been super responsive throughout the pre-sales steps right through now to using the service - they're always quick to respond to any questions we raise

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

Hands down, the live document and website connectors are my favorite part. They’ve saved us countless hours by automatically syncing hundreds of files that we used to manually upload in other systems to keep updated. With Arphie, everything stays connected and current without extra effort—it’s been a total game-changer for our workflow.

The UI is super clear and intuitive, which made onboarding my teammates really easy. The team behind Arphie is also fantastic—they move fast, release meaningful updates, and actually listen to feedback. Every feature feels intentional. And the quality of Arphie’s responses is consistently excellent—it’s smart, accurate, and transparent, showing the sources it’s drawing from.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

There’s very little to complain about. The only thing I’d love to see is more flexibility when importing question-and-answer pairs—right now it’s limited to Excel files, and having Word or PDF options would make it even better.

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arphie is our internal investor relations assistant, helping us handle everything from detailed RFPs to one-off investor questions that come in over long email threads. It saves us an incredible amount of time by quickly finding the right information, generating accurate responses, and keeping the tone consistent across communications.

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

This platform has been a game changer for the teams here.  When we used to fill out RFPs and Security Questionnaires, it would take several hours just to do a first pass with our existing repository of RFP questions and answers.  In Arphie, we can upload our RFP, autogenerate answers in minutes and now we just spend some time reviewing the answers and making small tweaks as needed.  This has drastically reduced the time and effort required to complete these RFPs.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

So far, these have been very few and far between.  The team is extremely responsive and if we do identity the rare bug or small issue, they usually resolve it the same day.

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Arphie, we had to sift through completed questions/answers and support pages for our platform to be able to answer these questions.  Many times we had to separate if the question is about our company and the internal governance or our platform.  This was very tricky for the team as we had to look into various locations to get these answers.  Arphie automatically pulls information from our internal governance articles, security teams, product support pages and our marketing content.  We can tag questions to ensure the correct information is used and then within a minute or two, the entire questionnaire or RFP is filled out.  All that is left is reviewing which does not take much time at all.

-Implementation and onboarding were seamless, even with our compressed timeframe

Nothing major to note. The Arphie team has been amazing in providing high-touch support and quickly addressing user questions and concerns.

**What do you like best about Arphie?**

We have been able to shave weeks off our workflows and go from upload to quality first drafts in ~15 minutes. Our internal teams now spend time editing and finalizing their responses rather than hunting for answers to time-consuming RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires. We are projecting thousands of hours saved annually and are providing a better experience for our internal users and, ultimately, our customers, very thrilled with Arphie!

The only thing worth noting is that the Arphie SFDC package is still somewhat immature. That said, I am pleasantly surprised by the rate of new releases coming from the development team.

Arphie has amazing accuracy and unlike other tools on the market extracts data from your knowledge base without making things up. It's easy to setup and the team provides instant replies to customer support.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

Arphie doesn't work well with internet portal questionnaires but does provide help for these situations with the quick ask feature along with the chrome extension.

**What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I receive many security questionnaires, and it helps speed up my replies by 10x, literally giving me a 75% time savings.

Arphie integrates seamlessly with workflows across various teams, including product, engineering, legal, and security. Rather than reaching out to different teams for information, we simply connect to the designated files and folders for regular access and updates. From there, Arphie uses AI to pull the necessary data to respond to RFPs and questionnaires automatically. This eliminates the need to track down colleagues across the organization, saving us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Arphie?**

N/A – haven’t seen any issues. Sometimes there’s minor interface bugs but the team fixes them in a matter of hours, if not minutes

With Arphie integrated into our internal Drive and website documentation, we can drastically reduce the time spent managing content and focus more on high-priority, revenue-driving tasks.

- pretty flexible system to ingest all the knowledge across our business (docs, blogs, internal resources etc,)
- AI generated answers are reliable and provide a great starting point for the team to work off of
- their support is insane. We get answers within minutes usually.

Nothing really. Answers have definitely gotten "smarter" as the tool has matured, and the app UX has improved dramatically over time,
