What do you like best about Arphie?

The flexibility that Arphie's AI & automation provide while I'm curating customized work in RFx's is really where it shines.

What do you like best about Arphie?

I find Arphie intuitive and easy to use, which makes my tasks simpler. It's fast and accurate, allowing me to save time by focusing only on the difficult questions that matter. The setup was super easy, and it helps me with a critical review of complex questions and storyline. What do you like best about Arphie?

The AI is both powerful and intuitive, and it responds very well to our training. I have also experienced the fastest support response and resolution times compared to any other technologies I use. While there were initially a few feature gaps in Arphie compared to others in the field, the team has addressed these in just the few months we've been using it. What do you dislike about Arphie?

What do you like best about Arphie?

Coming from a proposal world in which Arphie didn't exist to me, I couldn't be more blown away about the tool, and how much I wish I had it in my previous role. Sticks out in a major way when it comes to the overall amount of time saved when responding to and formatting an RFP response. I like how AI driven it is, relying on human element once a first pass of answers are already in place. Also loves how much the tool prioritizes and values content management. What do you dislike about Arphie?

What do you like best about Arphie?

Hands down, the live document and website connectors are my favorite part. They’ve saved us countless hours by automatically syncing hundreds of files that we used to manually upload in other systems to keep updated. With Arphie, everything stays connected and current without extra effort—it’s been a total game-changer for our workflow.

The UI is super clear and intuitive, which made onboarding my teammates really easy. The team behind Arphie is also fantastic—they move fast, release meaningful updates, and actually listen to feedback. Every feature feels intentional. What do you dislike about Arphie?

What do you like best about Arphie?

This platform has been a game changer for the teams here. When we used to fill out RFPs and Security Questionnaires, it would take several hours just to do a first pass with our existing repository of RFP questions and answers. In Arphie, we can upload our RFP, autogenerate answers in minutes and now we just spend some time reviewing the answers and making small tweaks as needed.
