What do you like best about Arphie?

What I like best about Arphie is the amount of time it gives back to our Solutions Engineering team while still producing high-quality, customer-facing responses. Instead of spending days manually hunting through documents, copying and pasting, and rewording answers for large RFPs, the team can use Arphie to pull from multiple sources and generate responses that feel thoughtful and tailored to the customer. It has turned a very admin-heavy, low-value task into a much more efficient and strategic process, allowing our SEs to focus on the work they do best. The other standout for me is the Arphie team itself — the level of support and partnership has been exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
