ARC PEM Reviews & Product Details

ARC PEM is construction expense management and project cost management software for architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and real-estate developers in India. It brings BOQ budgeting, vendor bills, labour wages, contractor billing, site expenses, GST and Tally integration into one platform, so firms know exactly where every rupee on every project has gone. WHY FIRMS CHOOSE ARC PEM Most Indian architecture and construction firms still manage project costs across dozens of Excel sheets, bill photos on WhatsApp and manual Tally entries. ARC PEM replaces that with a single source of truth for project finance, built around how Indian sites, studios and CAs actually work. KEY FEATURES • BOQ and budget management: build project budgets from a Bill of Quantities with reusable templates, with cost per sq ft, contingency and GST calculated automatically. • Budget vs actual tracking: every vendor bill, labour wage, contractor bill and site expense is tracked against the budget, with real-time cost overrun alerts. • Contractor billing and vendor ledgers: manage contractor bills, vendor payments and a complete party directory for every project. • Labour management: record daily labour headcount and wages; the desktop app imports daily manpower reports to end wage disputes. • Pending payments dashboard: see every amount due across all sites and recover outstanding dues faster. • GST compliance: an automatic GST purchase register, plus GSTR-2B reconciliation, TDS register and cheque register in ARC PEM Web. • Tally integration: one-click export to Tally ERP and TallyPrime, so your accountant never re-types site data. • Team control: payment approvals, role-based access and a full change history for every entry in ARC PEM Web. CLOUD OR OFFLINE: TWO EDITIONS • ARC PEM Web: cloud-based construction software that runs in any browser and on mobile, so office and site teams share live project data. Available on monthly or annual plans. • ARC PEM Desktop: offline construction expense software for Windows and Mac that works without internet and keeps data on your own computers, with daily automatic backups and multi-user sharing over the office network. Annual licence per machine. PROVEN RESULTS Trusted by 30+ architecture and construction firms tracking over ₹120 crore of project value. Customers report: • 80% faster GST reconciliation, from 2 days to 2 hours a month • ₹35 lakh of pending dues recovered within 3 months • Zero labour wage disputes after moving muster records into ARC PEM WHAT'S NEXT ARC PEM is evolving into an end-to-end design-to-delivery platform, with AI-powered features and design and 3D modelling tools on the roadmap.
