**What do you like best about Hirestream?**

The features provided for the Hirestream for multiple Applicants have now made my tasks much easier. It makes it easier to rank, shortlist and communicate with massive numbers of candidates, which I know would take me a lot of time if I were to do manually.

**What do you dislike about Hirestream?**

The ability to schedule interviews are a bit clunky. Juggling the schedules of various candidates and interviewers can be a big issue particularly with interview processes that involve multiple stages.

**What problems is Hirestream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hirestream reduces the likelihood of time wastage on routine administrative activities hence leaving me with adequate time for recruiting. Many of the features of the platform are helpful for managing, filtering, and interacting with large numbers of candidates.

**What do you like best about Hirestream?**

Focused hiring. It is a very good product to post jobs and monitor hired, declined and new candidates.

**What do you dislike about Hirestream?**

I have not used a purchased product but it has been better than the alternative solutions for Hiring Technical resources for Software house.

Easy to locate candidate profiles, search engine is pretty good. A good user experience that navigates to add JD's and candidates in an easy way.

**What do you dislike about Hirestream?**

User interface should be better. Not integrated with Microsoft outlook.

Using it as a database to store profiles
