What do you like best about APS?

I am at the beginning of my journey with APS, but so far they have been amazing. The process to learn about and sign on with APS has been extremely smooth and well done. I worked with Kaylee at the beginning and she was attentive, knowledeable, and extremely helpful as this is my first time working with a big payroll company. APS was not the cheapest quote I received, but I chose them because of their customer service. They were definitely better in this area than the other companies I talked with. Bonus! What do you dislike about APS?

I don't really have any. If you are a smaller company, their minimum monthly cost is $250. This could be a problem if you don't have enough people to meet that quota. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about APS?

Great and intuitive UI great cross border support. Good for personalized fees and dedicated customer support services.

What do you dislike about APS?

Support can be better. Looks like they may improve and have been consistently improving however technical and on call support can be better. Product enhancements are not very frequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
