APS is a very friendly and intuitive package but the best thing about their company is the incredible customer service. You get assigned to a specific team and you know their names and contact information. It is easy to connect with them when you have an issue and they are very prompt at helping resolve it. This is incredibly comforting because many times the issues are very time sensitive. We don't have a lot of issues, but when we do we know they will help us resolve it. The interface has been vastly improved since we first started using it, but there is still room for further improvement in this area. The current interface does not in any way diminish the software's capability and the user's ability to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
