All booking process is handled by users themself, it has significantly reduce office admin manual task and save time. Integration with Microsoft Office give features flexibility and more work can be done under one controller. **What do you dislike about Appspace?** Double booking for same room problem when the system input isn't synchoronized in real time and let other user to make the same room booking. It would be better if after the system is sync, it will give error to both booking so we can solve the problem manually before the meeting time. **What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Satisfaction after able to automate almost all tools for employees communication, room booking schedule calendar, and office common space management. ### 2. It allows for the platform to be easily segregrated to grant certain team members access to certain channels, and the intuitive UI and training/knowledge base articles let new users get up to speed very quickly for common tasks. The tech support team are very strong. They work with you closely and join video calls to understand your problem, for certain support cases they take your feedback and incorporate it into future firmware releases. It is a quick and easy platform to Implement. It integrates natively with common AV devices from Cisco, Crestron, Brightsign & LG, and is easy to install on each. **What do you dislike about Appspace?** Some, more complicated set ups can't currently be done via the appspace UI, and must be implemented custom code. Support can help you with this, but it can be cumbersome to work through and troubleshoot. Firmware updates are supported for Brightsign players registered to the platform, but not other appliances like LGWebOS and Samsung Tizen TV. It's also the way that present emergency notifications to our viewers. ### 33. As Microsoft keeps adding great features it also is becoming overwhelming for large user bases (Yammer, SharePoint, teams, one drive, outlook etc....what to use when and how for internal collaboration?). Beezy is unique in how it balances exposing all the strengths of the modern Microsoft toolset, in an integrated, easy to use way for your users, while allowing for enough customization to make it fit your specific needs. **What do you dislike about Appspace?** It only runs with Microsoft Azure, not AWS. So customers running Office 365 on an Amazon datacenter are out of luck. Beezy also does not work with the Google suite, so it's best for organizations who have standardized on Microsoft. **Recommendations to others considering Appspace:** Make sure you are on the Office 365 Azure platform. Drive training of your users by making it fun to use Beezy. Consider mandating every team in the org to use Beezy helping limit the amount of Yammer or Sharepoint instances. **What problems is Appspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clients need a solution for their intranet that is easy to use, scale to many users, and allows them to brand it to their internal employee brand standards. ### 44.
