User interface and simplicity to book appointments (it's easy) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have answered a survey about this before. I dislike not being able to customize each link to a different time zone, not being able to make group bookings and not being able to choose which links are active and wchich aren't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These days, we're all scheduling way more online meetings than ever before. Using Appoint.ly cuts out a few steps in that process, allowing for external audiences to view your schedule and pick a timeslot. Internal colleagues could, of course, use it as well, but we use Outlook for scheduling our internal meetings so there's no need to use this, too. So it's basically a way of letting external people access your Outlook calendar so they can find mutually convenient times to schedule meetings, without a lot of back-and-forth conversation required to do so. It took me a bit to figure out how to integrate it with my Outlook calendar. I'm doing it through my work account, but it tried to log me in by default through a hotmail account that I also access occasionally through that computer. I obviously don't do a ton of meeting planning via hotmail. I thus had to connect it to my work Outlook instead. This took a little while to figure out, though it's entirely possible (if not likely) that that was due to user error/ignorance rather than anything having to do with the software or its integration capabilities. I love the fact that it is so easy to set a call back. I love the fact the sponsor can just click the link and they can set a call back time. I use this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to use app! We use to schedule about 80 appointments per month. Cancellations, rescheduling etc. is all in the hands of the user saving you time and phone calls rescheduling and setting client appointments. Also sends a reminder to the end user the day before their appointment in addition to sending them a confirmation when the appointment is set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We initially set it up do use just the person's email address so we had to go back and make them enter their email and company name so that when we are printing/checking the schedule for the week, we know exactly who is coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
