Fixed fee promises in auditing tend to hold until scope changes. The real question for Insight Assurance and Decrypt Compliance is what triggers a scope conversation and how that gets priced. Johanson Group bundling HIPAA or PCI into one SOC 2 engagement is the clearest version of predictable scaling in this list.
