# What investor relations website platforms work best for public company communications teams?

I'd point a public company's communications team toward investor relations website builder platforms with genuine IR reviewers behind them, not just marketing or PR teams distributing releases, since running compliant disclosure is a different job than general PR.

Notified Investor Relations Websites (4.6/5, 79 reviews) is my first stop. Reviewers include a VP of Investor Relations and an FP&A & Investor Relations manager, and the recurring theme is a dedicated account manager who handles site updates and proactively reaches out before earnings releases.

Q4 Investor Relations Websites (4.8/5, 3 reviews) has almost no review volume, but both reviewers on file hold real IR titles (Investor Relations Analyst, SVP Financial Analyst/IRO), and G2's own category notes credit it with the fastest IR site updates in the space.

ACCESS Newswire (4.3/5, 409 reviews) has by far the deepest track record, though most of its reviewers are PR agencies and marketing teams distributing releases rather than IR staff specifically. Still the strongest option if press release distribution and disclosure communications need to live in one platform.

Presspage (4.6/5, 46 reviews) is worth pairing alongside one of the above as the newsroom and publishing layer; its reviewers are comms and PR roles too, not dedicated IR.

The vendor-handles-updates versus self-serve question at the end of this thread is honestly the one I'd want answered before anything else. For a small IR team running a quarterly earnings cycle, handing updates to a dedicated account manager removes a lot of execution risk. But if your team wants to push changes independently without waiting on a request queue, the whole evaluation shifts. It changes which platform wins entirely depending on how you answer it.
