**What do you like best about Applicant Insight?**

The system is incredibly straightforward and easy to use. The interface is clear and is simple to navigate. The turn around time on reports is quite good, certainly much faster than many of their competitors. In today's job market, long turn around times are a no go.

**What do you dislike about Applicant Insight?**

If something doesn't go well, customer service can be slow to respond. They will respond, but not always in a reasonable time frame. Having a dedicated account rep is good, but it would be nice to have a customer service line as well for urgent questions.

**What problems is Applicant Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Applicant Insight is great if you have multiple background needs. For example, if your background check needs vary by region or job, Applicant Insight makes it easy to have multiple templates that you can then add additional customization as you complete your order.

Their format and process of background verfification is good quality. They give all required information to organisation related to candidate.

there no disclikes as such. cost of products is also as per industry standards.

**What problems is Applicant Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

candidate background verification is one of the most required element and they provide full required information and follow complete process. These information are very classified and critical and they ensure sensibility of it.
