What do you like best about Apperio?

Apperio has made managing our legal spend incredibly straightforward. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which saves time and reduces complexity. The live data is particularly valuable—not just for me in overseeing our legal spend, but also for our central accounts team who benefit from the real-time visibility when working on our monthly accruals.

The number of reports and analytics available is impressive. While I don’t use all of them day-to-day, they become highly beneficial when working on larger projects, or looking at company wide or previous years' spend.

What really stands out is the support from the Apperio team. They’re consistently responsive, efficient, and helpful—always there when we need them.

What do you dislike about Apperio?

There’s very little to dislike! My only minor issue has been with character limitations in the search functionality, which can be a bit restrictive at times (although only in very specific cases with acronyms). What problems is Apperio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apperio gives us clear, real-time visibility into legal spend, which helps with budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting. It reduces the need for manual processes and improves collaboration between the legal and finance teams, and also enables us to support other teams across the business.
