**What do you like best about Appcentrica Inc?**

I like its SAP integration, which is very usable and useful in the workplace, allowing us to have a large-scale business transformation. We have a more pleasant and stable relationship with our clients, allowing us to implement strategies designed and based on them.

**What do you dislike about Appcentrica Inc?**

Maybe they have to improve customer service so that the response is faster, although it does not take days, it could reduce the time, that's all I see for improvement

**What problems is Appcentrica Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have modernized ourselves to the new era of salesforce by implementing new strategies and tools that were not used and are now the new technology

Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud implementation and ERP Integration

**What do you like best about Appcentrica Inc?**

Great communicators and well versed in Salesforce CRM and its native capabilities. I found AppCentrica's value in their ability to translate our manufacturing sales requirements to "SFDC language". They were able to find functionality in core SFDC objects without needing to develop too much custom. Take the time to clarify and communicate your business and requirements in detail to them so they can best serve you.

**What do you dislike about Appcentrica Inc?**

AppCentrica is busy with many other projects so scheduling meetings and calls that matched our heavy travel schedule could be difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering Appcentrica Inc:**

Trying to improve on interdepartment communication; sales agility, go to market speed and account and customer history.
We've been able to realize improved communication and knowledge transfer almost immediately.

Appcentrica was the 3rd party company we had implement our first instance of Salesforce 2 years ago.

**What do you like best about Appcentrica Inc?**

They were great for our baseline setup and getting us launched with the program for our company. They provided us with training for the admins

**What do you dislike about Appcentrica Inc?**

We've had to come up with several workarounds because there were some knowledge gaps in how our company needed to use Salesforce.

They helped us get a solid start using Salesforce
