We have been using Anybill to process all payments related to sales and use tax on a monthly and quarterly basis. It simplifies payments so that you don't need to log in to each state to remit payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you transfer funds before authorizing payments, it is not super clear where those funds are sitting, and you have to dig around the portal to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration to Acumatica case the reason we switched to Anybill. It's a bit manual in that you have to login and process the export of the data but it works. I will say their support is good though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a bit manual (see above regarding the export to Acumatica) and I'm not a fan of the way you select bills to pay. You can't view all unpaid bills and select them, instead they are lumped into "funds transfers" by date and therefore can take a bit more time to sift through. anybill has excellent customer service. they respond quickly and have a great staff who answer in a timely fashion. anybill offers all the bells and whistles in AP, dual check signing authority, separate invoice approvers versus payment approvers, syncs to various GL software, offers easy to access reports, including reconciliation reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company uses Anybill with multiple clients that we perform invoicing. Some of the best features are the interface which is easy to read through for work performed by employee and detailed invoicing for when we send the invoices on behalf of our clients. The best part though is the ability to integrate the export/import with Quickbooks and other accounting software. It's very easy to transfer data to and from when performing monthly adjustments and allows for account classifications with little need for corrections. Administration is also very easy when adding new accounts and removing old ones. Anybill's support is also consistently responsive and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anybill's only limitation tends to be when we have multiple entities within the same company. Because sometimes subsidiaries require different addressing for the company location (as well as a different incorporated name), we have to separate the accounts, which requires going to one account that we have setup at a time. To date though, there has only been a handful of instances. Switching accounts is fast though, and that does help with having to do those kinds of processes.

As a user, it was simple to be able to get my contractor's information in the tool and have regular payments approved through our organizational hierarchy as appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It isn't entirely user friendly on the first try... good for finance departments, but sometimes not as easy for the average leader/user to follow the work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software was so easy to use that my 3 year old could have been taking payments at the trade show we used it for. Super easy interface and it literally integrated with all of the accounting software we use as well as our crm without any further IT development. It's "plain English" overview of the accounting process really is like bookkeeping for dummies. Scary easy to find out where any bill or payment/invoice is within the process in paypool. The layout of some of the reports were not my favorite but I'm told that was customizable too. Such smart features. The data was perfect so I didn't care a ton. And if I had to nitpick I guess I thought it was a bit expensive but it is a very high quality program and I didn't pay for it so I digress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
