They’ve been great to work with and easy to deal with. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** They take care of all my tax issues and make the whole process much easier for me. They also ensure my payments are submitted before the deadlines, so I don’t have to worry about missing anything. ### 2. It simplifies payments so that you don't need to log in to each state to remit payments. **What do you dislike about Anybill?** When you transfer funds before authorizing payments, it is not super clear where those funds are sitting, and you have to dig around the portal to find them. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anybill is saving our team's time in processing tax payments for multiple states. rather than paying them individually. Eliminates manual work. ### 3. It's a bit manual in that you have to login and process the export of the data but it works. I will say their support is good though. **What do you dislike about Anybill?** It's a bit manual (see above regarding the export to Acumatica) and I'm not a fan of the way you select bills to pay. You can't view all unpaid bills and select them, instead they are lumped into "funds transfers" by date and therefore can take a bit more time to sift through. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had Bill.com before so it's a fine replacement and the fact that it imports the data into Acumatica, including the bill and payment PDFs is huge. The processing of payments and such is similar to how Bill.com was. ### 4. great AP automation provider **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Miriam L. | Fractional CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2021 **What do you like best about Anybill?** anybill has excellent customer service. they respond quickly and have a great staff who answer in a timely fashion. anybill offers all the bells and whistles in AP, dual check signing authority, separate invoice approvers versus payment approvers, syncs to various GL software, offers easy to access reports, including reconciliation reports **What do you dislike about Anybill?** i wish they let vendors onboard themselves, and you could just send them a link so they could add their info themselves **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** anybill replaces an FTE in my opinion. no more paper bills getting lost in the approval process or just lost! bills can be emailed to anybill staff for upload or you can upload them yourself. anybill issues payment via check, ACH or wire as well. anybill also lets you set up different routes for different vendors for approval, has auditor access as well ### 5. Some of the best features are the interface which is easy to read through for work performed by employee and detailed invoicing for when we send the invoices on behalf of our clients. The best part though is the ability to integrate the export/import with Quickbooks and other accounting software. It's very easy to transfer data to and from when performing monthly adjustments and allows for account classifications with little need for corrections. Administration is also very easy when adding new accounts and removing old ones. Anybill's support is also consistently responsive and easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Anybill?** Anybill's only limitation tends to be when we have multiple entities within the same company. Because sometimes subsidiaries require different addressing for the company location (as well as a different incorporated name), we have to separate the accounts, which requires going to one account that we have setup at a time. To date though, there has only been a handful of instances. Switching accounts is fast though, and that does help with having to do those kinds of processes. Overall, there is very little to not like about using Anybill. **Recommendations to others considering Anybill:** If you're looking for a good middle manager to supplement and facilitate easy invoicing, billing, payroll and reporting, Anybill is an excellent solution. The clients we have moved to the system were fairly skeptical at first, but have since come to use it and appreciate the work that it performs. It is fairly quick to configure for each client, but you may need to work on cleaning up charts of accounts for clients that haven't done so in a long time. The learning curve is very low once you get into the functions. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to reorganize many of our clients' bookkeeping because we use a combination of Anybill with other tools that we use to perform our services for our clients. They are much happier because the invoicing is streamlined for their customers. The invoicing is straightforward and easy to read for each line item which means their customers don't have to ask more questions than needed. We've managed to cut down invoicing times a lot because of Anybill, but also, we've cut down on the amount of manual entry back to other financial systems like Quickbooks and Sage. ### 6. Sometimes the mobile app crashes and we had to restart. **Recommendations to others considering Anybill:** Excellent, easy and fast App to authorize and approve bills. Also can view bills by Status for tracking and monitoring purposes. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performing actions digitally and quick via Mobile app. Able to maintain bills and approve them instantly. ### 8. It is as easy as sending an email. **What do you dislike about Anybill?** The only thing I dislike is there are times when Anybill will send bills to a different route instead of my route. This is a super small dislike. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We handle so many invoices. Anybill solves the issue of organization. Easy submission of invoices by partners. Confidence in the workflow. ### 10. Super easy interface and it literally integrated with all of the accounting software we use as well as our crm without any further IT development. It's "plain English" overview of the accounting process really is like bookkeeping for dummies. Scary easy to find out where any bill or payment/invoice is within the process in paypool. Love this program. **What do you dislike about Anybill?** The layout of some of the reports were not my favorite but I'm told that was customizable too. Such smart features. The data was perfect so I didn't care a ton. And if I had to nitpick I guess I thought it was a bit expensive but it is a very high quality program and I didn't pay for it so I digress. **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's cloud based so you can literally take payments anywhere and it's a seamless path to invoice data hygiene and the automated payment scheduling literally allowed me to reduce my labor cost. Also it tracks all the activity of an in voice so it brought accountability amongst the sales and operation teams that interact and constantly blame each other for mistakes. ### 11. This is easier for us because you only process one check request for multiple jurisdiction tax payments, as opposed to processing 10 different ones. Just saves a lot of time. It's priced reasonably. **What do you dislike about Anybill?** Tax schema can be confusing and I was a bit frustrated on tax payments. **Recommendations to others considering Anybill:** I would recommend this product because there is increased efficiency of payment process **What problems is Anybill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tax Payments to multiple states using one check request. You also will not have to set up multiple vendors in your system. ### 12.
