**What do you like best about Anthill CRM?**

It is the one-stop solution for all your needs. The customer journey can be traced fully by the system. It helps in making better decisions by having the journey in front of your eyes.

**What do you dislike about Anthill CRM?**

I feel a better dashboard can be created and it would help in further making decisions well. A lot of filters can also be added to it to make it more user friendly

**What problems is Anthill CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of tracing the entire customer journey which is very difficult to get a grasp of. Also, the CRM user interface helps in making tidy and quick decisions.
