**What do you like best about Anecdote?**

The tool is powered by ChatGPT, and let me tell you something,  It's a total game-changer!
This tool is a time-saver, efficiently processing large volumes of text including arabic language and providing invaluable insights. 
What's even better is the collaborative team behind it. They're open to feedback and make it feel like you're part of the process.

**What do you dislike about Anecdote?**

Customization: the tool doesn't offer the level of customization needed for unique analysis / management requirements.

**What problems is Anecdote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anecdote significantly improved our team's text feedback analysis efficiency, streamlining the process of identifying action points and priority areas for both the team and stakeholders.

**What do you like best about Anecdote?**

Anecdote is an amazing tool to pull insights from customer support data

We have it connected to our intercom, and the insights are amazing. The tagging & sentiment analysis are spot on, and helps our team stay up to date with what our customers are saying 

It even noticed a bug in our app we hadn't spotted ourselves - can't recommend it enough!

**What do you dislike about Anecdote?**

No major downsides so far - but hoping they release a few extra intergrations

**What problems is Anecdote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to process & understand large volumes of support tickets - which helps us make product decisions!

**What do you like best about Anecdote?**

Their dashboard is super insightful and you get an insight into customer pain points, what customers love about your product and churn reasons. Very useful when trying to make big decisions about your product tbh.

Great support and had us onboarded same day.

**What do you dislike about Anecdote?**

That initially I could only sign up with a work email.

**What problems is Anecdote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves us time tagging reviews and automating sentiment analysis of our overall product.
